Rhonda Lucas Donald has written more than a dozen books for children and teachers, including her newest books LOP-EARED LILY and FIONA FINDS LOVE (both from Who Chains You Publishing). IF A MUMMY COULD TALK, DINO TREASURES, DINO TRACKS, and DEEP IN THE DESERT, all all from Arbordale Publishing. Older titles include LIFE ON OTHER PLANETS and Scholastic activity books on AMERICAN HISTORY CRAFTS AND GAMES, FROGS, SHARKS, SPIDERS, and WOLVES.
Rhonda is a rhyme-ster and nonfiction specialist. She focuses on science topics and particularly likes to create science-related crafts and activities and write songs and poems about animals and space. Some of her clients include National Geographic, Discovery Education, the Smithsonian Institution, and the National Wildlife Federation (RANGER RICK). Rhonda loves animals, traveling, and movies. She shares her home in Virginia with a dog and a cat.
