I was not a big fan of crime novels, but this author changed my mind! The moment I put the book down I had to pick it right back up because I had to know what was next! That's how good this book is! Great read from start to finish and would recommend this book to everyone. Great job!

Shadowstalker is one of those rare books that captures you from page one and doesn't let go. The book is filled with memorable and "real" characters. The story has an excellent flow and is exceptionally 'paced' by natural dialogue and timely narration. I found the book very appealing on a sensory level. Mr. Shriner has mastered the art of Showing vs. Telling. This is a great writing lesson from which young authors can surely learn.

This is an example of when not to judge a book by its cover. Even the book title doesn't prepare the reader for what is inside. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. The subject matter may not be to everyone's taste. For those that are open minded, this is a great book with the identity of the serial killer being a complete surprise.
