Due to some bad advice she got from a questionable real estate agent the title to the property is now in both in her name and that of the Sovereigns. Nobody believes she is innocent, least of all, Agent Langdon, the handsome FBI agent who she must convince in order to win back her home.

On her own to expose the Sovereign’s treachery she uses the only firepower she knows, talk radio. She unleashes a media storm that convinces the FBI she is not involved and that they need her on their side to bring about a peaceful solution.

Nancy Cole Silverman spent nearly twenty-five in Los Angeles Talk Radio, beginning her career on the talent side as one of the first female voices on the air. Her Carol Childs Mysteries series features a single mom whose day job as a reporter at a busy Los Angeles radio station often leads to long nights as a crime-solver. Her Misty Dawn Series is centered on an aging Hollywood Psychic to the Stars, who supplements her day-to-day activities as a consultant to the LAPD and the FBI. Silverman’s newest series, The Kat Lawson Mysteries, is centered on a disgraced investigative reporter who finds herself working for an international travel publication as an undercover operative for the FBI. Silverman lives in Los Angeles with her husband and thoroughly pampered standard poodle.

Wow! Saddle up and get ready for the ride of your life! Nancy Cole-Silverman draws on her own incredible real-life experience to create a page-turner that keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. Cole-silverman's characters are as believable as this true to life story is fascinating. The writing is crisp, and with a fresh voice that doesn't strain to take you right into the heart of the story. This is a novel that all readers, young and old, male and female would be able to relate to, and to be entertained by. I'm looking forward to more great works from Nancy Cole-Silverman.

Some may call it intuition; others may say to trust your gut; but Nancy Cole Silverman says in her newest book, "When in Doubt, Don't." It is a very contemporary novel which is based on actual events in Nancy's life in her dealings with The Freemen organization, a group of right wing extremists who believe that the US government is illegal. It is frightening to think that these people live among us and are hell bent on creating chaos and disorder within our country. This book is a fascinating look into the mindset of these militia groups and is also a lesson to trust your own natural instincts if something doesn't feel right about a given situation. This was a page turner and I read it in three evenings getting very little sleep at night. Although this was written from a woman's perspective, I believe many men would enjoy reading it as well. I gave it five stars because I could not put this book down until I found out what happened in the end. It was well written and well researched with great character development.
