Convicted of the attempted assassination of a prominent alien chancellor, Cyrax, a Vorrian killer-for-hire, is spared the death sentence. Instead, in a show of mercy, is exiled to planet Earth by the Judiciary—a fate the alien criminal deems worse than death.
Teleported to the middle of the remote Northern deserts of Western Australia, he decides to survive out of pure spite. Trekking to the nearest coastal human settlement, he chances upon a particularly beautiful specimen of humanity—Damien Rokewood, champion surfer, and as the multiverse would have it … his destined mate!

Vorrian assassin Cyrax is convicted of attempting to kill and alien chancellor but instead of execution he’s exiled to Earth. Upon arrival he spies surfer Damien riding his board in the waters off Western Australia, but he finds himself intervening when Damien is attacked. When Damien calls Cyrax ‘mate,’ Cyrax is surprised but gladly accepts Damien as his mate and things heat up quickly between the two. Damien has always been the top in relationship before but finds he desire to submit to a the very sexy alien intent on claiming him. Ultra-hot and steamy MM alien-human romantic quickie.
Cyrax is exiled to Earth after a hit gone wrong and meets his mate literally the first day. Damien is so awestruck by the large blue alien he tumbled under the waves and needs rescuing from a great white by Cyrax (literally swoons underwater lol). The relationship progresses fast, but that is to be expected with mate books and doubly so with short stories like this one. There is power exchange, size difference, and fated mates to name a few themes in this story. Nice, quick, steamy read!

Cyrax has been tried, found guilty, and exhaled to Earth. First thing, he saves surfer Damien from a shark attack. Second thing - he determines that they are to be mates. This short story is fast-paced with a definite insta-lust/love aspect, but it’s also super deviant and filthy - and I loved both aspects! Short and right to the point - just perfect in my books!
“I felt the bond between us,” Cyrax answers. “You are my destined mate. Despite our differing species and the stars that separated us, we’re together now. We are meant to be.”
I was so excited when I read the premise of this book. I'll enthusiastically read any mm alien romance I can find, but the premise of a convicted alien assassin sentenced to remain on Earth instead of a human on an alien planet somewhere was something I was really excited for. It was a very quick read, but I was a little disappointed. There was no real space/time for any character building, let alone relationship building. Damien accepted the seven-foot tall male alien almost immediately (humans have no knowledge of aliens in this story). There was a little confusion over the meaning of 'mate' as used in Australia, and mate as in spouse. Then everything became sexual and then declarations of love. I just wasn't feeling it.
Cyrax feels entirely too human. Apart from being convicted for a failed assassination, his skills are never exhibited or put to use. He could have just as easily been exiled for theft or having blue skin. It made no difference except to show he cared about kids. And from his point of view before being sent to Earth, humans were primitive monkeys. Alien space travel was so advanced that they could just teleport- no need for spaceships (which I thought was cool). Yet he knew how to fill a glass of water from a refrigerator and thought printed photos were archaic. No language barriers or any kind. Great premise, but would have liked if this was longer and more fleshed out. 3 stars.
Hot hot hot Cyrax is a Vorrian assassin whose last job didn’t go as planned so now finds himself exiled to planet Earth as a death sentence. But what he finds is his mate. Damien is a champion surfer who is from Australia. As he is out practising when he catches a blue figure on the beach. It distracts him so much that he doesn’t see the on coming attack of a great white shark on himself. He feels the pain of the first puncture into his leg, and then he is lost in the surf. when the Great White takes a second bite, he knows he is a goner. But he will not go down without a fight, what he sees next is unexplainable maybe he’s lost too much blood and is hallucinating? This is such a hot, short story. Honestly, I was totally lost in third tale from the first few pages. Who wouldn’t like a 7 foot blue alien to make you happy. I really like the interactions between these two and the connection, although I don’t think I’d like it if somebody could read my mind. But the passion wooooohoooo its out of this world. A really great read I thoroughly enjoy this little story.

This was an entertaining and steamy quicky and I loved the alien aspect to the story. Cyrax has been exiled to Earth, and as an assassin, it's a 'gentle' punishment. No way home and in the middle of nowhere, Australia, he's shocked to see a handsome male catch his eye. He thought humans were pretty plain but Damien lights his fires in a singular way. Damien, a surfer that meets up with a great white shark is shocked at who saves and heals him. One thing leads to another and these two burn up the sheets in a spectacular fashion ;P Unique, hot and full of heart, this was a great series opener :D
If you want a quick, steamy read then grab this one. When a banished to earth alien rescues him from a shark attack, Damien believes he is dreaming. Cyrax saves the human from the large fish that tried to eat him and finds that Damien is his mate. It gets extra steamy from there. Everything happens at warp speed so buckle up.

I typically always want more of whatever Faedra Rose has written because she has a way with words, no matter the project.
This story travels at the speed of light with Cyrax being sentenced and exiled to Earth where he meets his mate, Damien. After saving the day, the mating bond sets in and romance ensues. It's a great quick read for lovers of the genre.
I am officially obsessed with Faedra Rose! She’s dirty sexy with so much heart. Cyrax finds he’s tiny human mate on arguably the worst day of his life. Watching two alpha Dom it out and fall ass over end in love!.

Cyrax was exiled to Earth as some form of punishment. Well, it wasn't really much of a punishment once he sets his eyes on an Australian named, Damien. Humans were nothing as he expected and leave it to Cyrax to find the right opening and save the day.

This book was super spicy. Cyrax was banished from his planet and sent to earth, where he saved a surfer named Damien. After that they get closer and are mates. I do wish there was more drama or situation with the couple but this was an easy, spicy read.
