This book had a lot of really good, relevant information concerning organization management and structuring. I think this book could be useful to a new manager, an executive director, or someone looking to start their own agency. With information and resources from job analysis, to job description, to hiring and firing, and even how to create management information systems - this book covers so many topics and has been extremely helpful.
