Interesting little twists in a story about terrible people. On another level, the hero is homosexual, and is shown as a loving committed husband and father and how those issues drive his actions. A pretty good detective yarn.

Don't know why I even started this, I don't like mafia stories.

واحده من امتع روايات الجريمة اللى قريتها
وكان هيفوتنى كتير لو كنت زهقت من اول 30 صفحة وما كملتهاش
الرواية كتبها فنسنت مورانو اللى كان فى الاصل ضابط شرطة وبنى احداثها على حقايق لمسها بنفسه لما كان فى الخدمة
أحداثها متشابكة وحبكتها متينة ومع كل حدث جديد ، بتوسع للقارئ دايرة شكوكه فى اشخاص الرواية كلهم حتى الشخصيات الغير ملوثة فيها
ومع بداية حل كل لغزهيكتشف القارئ ان بعض توقعاته كانت صحيحة
لو ركز فى المعطيات اللى رسمها الكاتب فى بداية الرواية
لما وصلت ل 3/4 الرواية اكتشفت انها اتحولت لفيلم ، لكن ما حبيتش اعرف تفاصيل زيادة عن ابطاله لانى كنت وزعت شخصياتى الخاصة على اشخاص الرواية
ويوم ما هلاقى الفيلم بيتعرض بالصدفة على التلفيزيون اكيد هكون سعيدة لو اتفرجت عليه
