Jillian Dodd's 'Eastbrooke Academy' series is more addicting with each book. After reading this one, I can't wait to see what happens next in the life of Arrington.

This book takes off right where the first one ends. I loved the growth we saw in Arrington and getting to see her with some of her new friends, specifically Johnny and Laurent. I also loved all the time with Beck. As much as I love sweet Augie, Beck might be my favorite.

The ending was the best kind of cliffhanger and has me wanting so much more! I love the way Jillian writes YA. The best kind of drama and angst, while still being light and fun! This is a series you don't want to miss out on.

This book is an amazing follow up and of course ends on a cliffhanger that makes you want to scream and throw the book across the room (would not recommend if it’s an e-copy like mine. New phone coming soon 🙈) seriously though, I don’t know how there’s not been a book I sing like and that each book I read is better then the last. This one is spunky and full of sass, teen angst and figure if out who you are, which is actually how everyone always is the rest of their lives 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ok that was amazing!!!!! I knew it would be though. I cannot wait for the rest of the books to come out. If you weren’t sure if you wanted to read this series take this as your sign to go read. The end of this book had me completely shook. I wish I had the other books in my hands right now. One thing I absolutely love is that I get to see all these different easter eggs to the original books. And the way I have strong opinions on every single character is CRAZY!! This book kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. And can we just take a minute to appreciate all that is Augie and Beck. I honestly don’t know which I like better which is definitely a first 😂. I can’t wait to see what happens next! Fingers crossed I don’t have to wait that long 🤞❤️❤️

We’re back in Eastbrooke! Arrington is going through it yet again! There’s no shortage of drama, and angst in this one. Auggie may be a prince, but Branson is the KING of drama. I of course must say there’s such swoony moments, and Arrington really is growing up and growing into who she is.

Jillian has a way of making you wish you were part of this elite circle, but also kind of glad you’re not because the ANGST! I loved getting more from these characters, and becoming even more invested in their stories.

Without a doubt I need book 3 SOON, the cliffhangers you leave me on, AHH! I will forever be team Beck, but more importantly I’m team ARRINGTON! I can’t wait to see how her HEA pans out, and who she ends up with. TEAM BECK 💕

Drama Drama Drama!

Popularity Isn't Easy is Book 2 in the EastBrooke Series. Arrington is dealing with the aftermath of announcing she's having a boy. There's parents to deal with catty girls, jealous friends, rich friends and all the boys. Popularity isn't easy. Arrington didn't ask to be popular but people are drawn to her. The prince and Arrington also have a choice to make on the school of their choosing. However, we are left with a cliffhanger that makes you want the next book NOW!

Can't wait to read what happens next! & to find out what happens at Johnny's Yacht Party: everything goes!!!!

There is nothing to dislike about this book. You have hot rich guys + cute clothes + angst + teenagers + boarding school = drama…I mean fun.

Jillian writes in a way that makes you feel that you are attending Eastbrooke with these characters. She puts you into the mindset of a teenager going to her first year at boarding school. You experience friendship drama, boy drama, what to wear drama, and all the other angst and drama there is to be a teenage girl.

If you have ever wished to be able to experience high school then this is the series for you.

If you know Jillian, then you know there will be a cliff hanger. This one will make you scream wanting more.

I’m excited to see Arrington get her HEA and see the drama unfold for her to find her own version of “moon boy” like her mother did.

This book hasn’t even released yet (I received an ARC and purchased the Kickstarter) and I already need book 3.

I received an ARC of this book, and boy let me tell you! The teenage drama is glorious. Royalty, hookups, ex-best friends, angst, regret and promises galore. So many questions answered and a lot of new questions left in the air! Is Aubrey actually pregnant, if so, who’s the dad?! Do she and Augie want the same things, do they stay or go? I loved this book! All the sweet swoon worthy moments, designer shopping sprees, the Italian barista and the chef! Not to mention who Aubrey gets as her BIG? 😍 I can’t wait for more! Come on book 3!

This may only be book two in the Eastbrooke Academy series but I already can’t get enough of it!! I’m completely addicted already and loving each and every single one of the characters we’ve met so far! (Even the not so nice ones - because what’s a high school story without a little drama? Amirite? 😉)

This book picks up where book 1 left off, with Arrington trying to clear up the rumours as well as finalizing her decision on whether or not she wants to stay at Eastbrooke Academy. There’s still a whole lot of Branson trouble in this book, and after finishing this story I’m dying to find out just what exactly his problem is! 😂

For real though, this is such a light, fun read compared to what I usually read, and I absolutely love how easy it is to get caught up in the story! I’m really enjoying being back at Eastbrooke with a whole new gang of students and seeing all the new things they’ve added to the school since Keatyn and her friends attended.

I’m really looking forward to the next book in the series! That was definitely not the ending I was expecting, and I’m anxious to find out what’s going to happen next!

As usual Jillian killed it with this book, all the way down to the huge ending that leaves you wondering what will happen next?! I’ve read almost all of Jillian’s books and every time she manages to hook the reader with the crazy ups and downs and the characters that have you feeling every emotion with them. This book really had me hooked, the first book really left you hanging and begging for more and as does this one, but the whole story was just a whirlwind. I cannot wait for the next book!

The second installment in this new Jillian Dodd series did not disappoint.
I am anxiously awaiting the next book - Jillian Dodd and her cliffhangers drive me crazy but always keep me coming back for more.
This second generation of the “Keatyn kids” at their elite boarding school is filled with easter eggs that always bring you happily back to the original series. The characters are fun and Arrington’s two potential love interests are making it hard for me to choose who I like better.
I guess I’m gonna need the third book to really clear this AND the cliffhanger up 😂

There aren't enough words to express how great Book 2 was. I love the banter Arrington has with Beck. The budding new friendships with Laurent and Johnny and seeing the group start classes. Kisses, rumors, boy drama and more. Let's not forget that cliffhanger ending that I didn't expect. All I can say, is that I'm excited to see what Arrington does next.

I love this series! After reading the first book I was desperate for book two. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. Jillian Dodd writes the best stories and characters with just the right amount of angst and still a fun read. This book picks up right where the last one left off. After the ending of Popularity Isn’t Easy I’m read for book 3. Must read series!

Absolutely flew through this one! Now that background stories have been told and the explanations of how the school houses work and what they’re like, we can get life going full speed with Arrington and her crew! Back again with Lane Arringtons POV of her life at Hogwarts inspired Eastbooke Academy. Her story continues in this second book, taking us through each day of her life with her friends and family. As always, there’s lots of fun, boys, expensive lifestyles, drama and love. Makes you wish you were 17 again, with the luxury of growing up wealthy. Even though it’s a teen romance, to a lot of us it’s also a fantasy as well that I love being wrapped up in. Imagining how cool it would be to live in this world Jillian has created. If you’ve read the first book you know the main stories taking place, and book 2 continues to take us through the decisions Arrington has to make about school and boys, as she is put right in the middle of some major drama caused by a former life long BFF. Will they figure out why they’re really mad at each other and make up? Will she stay at Eastbrook or go to Kensington? Will Prince Augie and her become official? Or will she be with someone else? It’s just my opinion, and it’s still early, but I think I’ll forever be #TeamBeck. ;) Very excited to continue this series, I feel like we’re only just getting started and I can’t wait for more!!

I received a copy of this arc in exchange for my honest review. This is book 2 in the Eastbrooke Academy series. This book picks right back up from book 1, after the school carnival where Arrington gets sick, and pregnancy rumors begin to fly.
I just absolutely love this series. It is fun and evokes so many feelings of nostalgia from that stage of life.
The character and world building is just excellent. I am loving Arrington and Augie, but I also am feeling a certain way about Beck. Him and Arrington’s friendship brings back so many memories and feelings of how Keatyn was with Aiden. I am definitely rooting for Team Beck.
Jillian always has a way to get her readers hook, line and sinker. She can reel you in from the first chapter and have you sucked in for an entire series. These books are addicting and my new favorite comfort read. She makes her readers feel welcome in her world, as if they are actually in the story, living amongst the characters. I am loving every bit of this and needing book 3!
Again, with the CLIFF HANGERS! SHE ALWAYS DOES IT TO US!

I cannot get enough of the Eastbrooke Academy series! Just like the first book, I devoured this book as fast as I could. The boarding school setting is so fun and all the drama just keeps you coming back for more. Let's be honest, who can resist reading about rich kids and all their problems/ bad behavior?
Okay spoilers are coming.....now! I love Augie, but I loved that we got to see Arrington on her own for majority of this book! Angie is sweet and a real life prince (swoon) but I don't think that is her match. Beck on the other hand is who she has to end up with right? If she doesn't I think I will be heart broken for her! I also liked that we got to see more of Johnny and Laurent, besides Beck they are my favorite. I can't wait to see where the rest of the series takes them.
The ending is a major cliffhanger though and now I am dying for the next one! Please write as fast as you can Jillian because I need answers! Will she stay or will she go? In other words, it was the perfect cliffhanger and you will not want to miss out on this book or this entire series. Jillian Dodd writes such fun and lighthearted YA series that will make you keep wanting more.

This is the second installment I’ve long been waiting for! Jillian has a gift of keeping us guessing and needing the next thing!

The second book takes off from the end point of the first, and our Lane isn’t done experiencing drama yet.

Starting off string with the baby rumors of last book, Lane has a lot of explaining to do but just wants a normal time at Eastbrooke. Only problem is the mean girl who hates her for being in Bechham’s sight, and navigating two boys who seems to really care about her. Lane needs to figure out what her heart really needs and wants… all amidst a constant argument with her ex best friend Branson.

Will Lane finally decide what her heart wants between her two guys and which school she belongs at? Will she finally squash the drama that seems to follow her wherever she goes?

Read this next book and see!

Such fun seeing these kids characters and how they relate to their parents. And I love being at Eastbrook again! Can’t wait to see where this romance and coming of age story goes next!

The second book in the Eastbrooke Academy series, and what a book. We continue with Aubrey after the big event of a drunken brawl between Branson, her ex- best friend and Augie, her boyfriend. Shocking and misunderstanding gossip goes around that she now might be pregnant with a royal heir, and that it might be a boy.
Now she has to make a discussion in a weeks time whether she will stay in eastbrooke or leave to Kensington.

She is enjoying and falling in love with eastbrooke, along with the new friends and memories she is experiencing, but will forced counseling alongside with Branson just ruin everything and have her running to escape the emotional pain?
Absolutely, 100% loved and can’t wait to read what Aubrey will experience and what Jillian has in store for us. Beckham has become one of my favorite characters along with Johnny & Laurent. Can’t wait to read how they will be the Riley and Dallas to Aubrey as they were for Keaton.🖤💚💙

Holy Boots.

The first book brought you in, and the second book — SHAKES YOU UP.

Arrington has a big decision to make, classes starting, her relationship with Auggie is heatin’ up, her friendships are blooming.. and then there’s Branson..

This book will tug at your heart strings, make you swoon && makes you feel the drama!

I love it. I love it. I love it.

I can’t wait for the next one! 😍😭

Okay the cliffhangers GET ME EVERY TIME!

I am absolutely loving being back at Eastbrooke. I also love Arrington. She’s one of those characters you can really see pieces of yourself in. Seeing Eatbrooke now is sooo fun. I love the classes, 10/10 would take a baseball themed English class.

The characters are all honestly so fun. I’m in love with Johnny and I’m really liking Waverley too. And Laurent is such a sweetie. I’m excited to get to know them all better. Except Branson. I don’t like him at all, sorry.

And this love triangle? Augie is just perfect honestly but so is Beckham, just in a different way. I already know who I want her to be with! But really, I also know we are in for a wild ride.

There are some super sweet moments here. The boots had me dying (you’ll have to read it to know exactly what I mean).

I am loving this series and I need book 3 ASAP.

Aw, the dreaded cliffhanger, such irritation yet makes the anticipation that much better. I can’t wait for book 3. This series is so bingeable! It’s like Keatyn but different. Easily one of my new favorite series. The drama between Aubrey, Prince Augie, & Branson are literally chefs kiss & it just keeps getting better! Coming back to Eastbrooke Academy is like coming home! I love that Jillian has kind of mixed a little of Keatyn with London Prep too. Very enjoyable book can’t wait for
The next!

Jillian has done it again! Back at Eastbrooke for book two, the drama is continuing strong. Arrington just can't seem to catch a break. Between her friends helping to guide her and her parents seeing that she is growing into a strong responsible adult; I have high hopes for her and her future. The gossip is out of this world (thanks Branson), but one thing for sure though is Arrington is going to get what she wants in more ways than one. While Prince Auggie is her knight in shining armor, I can’t help but fan girl whenever Beck is around. That man deserves a warning label all on his own. That cliffhanger had me ready to throw my e-reader across the room, I need book three like yesterday.

Arrington may not be being stalked but that doesnt leave us short of DRAMA! I loved this book, we got to know more of the supporting cast and who they are. As with every Jillian Dodd story she has us fall in love with them as if they are also main characters.
I can not wait to see what Arrington will do and who she will choose to spend her time with!!

This is the 2nd book in this series. It does pick up where book #1 ended, right after the carnival manheim. Aubrey Lane Arrington finds out who her real friends are, and who are fake. She does take on her parents when they accuse her of something without even asking her first if it is true or not.

Prince Augie, he leaves the day of the dance to go to Scotland for his grandfather's birthday. I didn't like that he just up and left Aubrey, he called to let her know he was leaving, but, still, I think he should have stayed, she was going getting a dress, and doing hair and makeup, she was putting in a lot for this dance, and he just left.

Will she go with her heart and choose Eastbrooke, run back to London to get away from Branson, or will she do something completely unexpected?

I did receive a free ARC copy of this book. I am freely leaving an honest review.

Arrington and Augie have to decide whether to stay at Eastbrooke or to head back to Kensington in this next chapter. Seems easy enough, but where Arrington goes, drama follows. The girls are fake to her, and the latest stint has classmates questioning if she's pregnant. The chaos continues as she continues to feud with Branson, her former best friend, as they are forced to try to talk things out. Arrington learns of the betrayal he felt with her actions with other guys, like his own cousin. The amount of drama in these few days we follow is wild. I really want to like Arrington, but she comes off as aloof to me, she leads people on, and she can be wishy-washy. I don't like her and Augie together at all. He is a doormat she walks on. Beck is the one who challenges her, and she has way more chemistry with him. I am rooting for him.

First off, I love Johnny, he hands down my favorite character. I am loving Arrington’s relationship with Beck and wish we saw more with Augie. I feel like Arrington and Beck’s relationship is more of a boyfriend/girlfriend relations than her and Augie. I was rooting for a Branson redemption, but he was just awful. I was completely shocked by the ending and can’t wait for the next book!
