Unfaithful 2

Rate this book
How far will you go in the name of love? At 5’8, with sinful curves, and beauty and brains to match, Fatima is every thug’s dream-wife. She has everything a girl could want, and is crazy in love with her thugged-out boyfriend, Jay. The one thing she needs, however, is his fidelity. Jay is young, flashy and is always in search of the next jump-off. But when his promiscuous ways finally catch up with him, he finds himself scandalously set up to be robbed and killed. He is saved by a mysterious hooded figure, and when the smoke clears, there are two dead bodies, and Fatima is holding the smoking gun. But the streets are always watching. When evidence tying Fatima to the murders surfaces, she will have to rely on the legal ingenuity of hotshot lawyer, Justice Johnson. TJ is a New York hustler who escapes to Philly to stay one step ahead of both the law and the outlaws. As their lives collide, these gangsta girls will prove that the power to rule the streets doesn’t always come from the barrel of a gun…

It was a good book, not what I expected it to be. I loved the way Fatima's friends was down for her through any and everything. I really thought Fatima was going to end up with TJ, but I guess everything happens for a reason. Niyah reminds me of my cousin, whenever I need her she is always there for ready for whatever.

Ms Y Johnson did her thing with the follow-up to Unfaithful. Fatima and her peeps wee faithful to one another in a big way. Really enjoyed this book. Would recommend this one.

Same as the first review. A good read. Climax was minimal and everything worked out for the main characters....still.
