Treasured is the last book in the Beneath the Shadows of Evil Trilogy.
First there was Taken…
Alliana was a young Gypsy woman stolen from her family, she was to be used and discarded, but fate had other ideas. Mikhal was the cruel and evil vampire lord, he was to be feared and despised for all of time, but destiny wouldn’t allow it.
Then there was Torn…
Mikhal never intended to care for Alliana, and she never intended to forgive him for the cruelty he inflicted upon her. Once love began to enter his heart, he vowed to make his unwilling bride happy in her new life. Try as he might to convince her he had changed, Alliana’s heart remained torn between the pain her heart could not forget and the tenderness Mikhal now showed her.
Now there is Treasured…
The evil his past created, threatens their fragile bond and all they hold dear. She will kill to protect her family. He will do anything to save the love he can once more feel. Who will win in the war between the horrors of his past and the promise of their future? Can their love survive the evil he wrought for a hundred years? Can love and goodness overcome terror and hate? Evil means to destroy their happiness. Can a love that is so fragile survive? Who will triumph when darkness once again comes to call?
The final battle unfolds in Treasured… Beneath the Shadows of Evil Book Three

I thoroughly enjoyed all three books and hated to see this Trilogy end. "Treasured" (Book #3 in 'Beneath the Shadows of Evil') had me literally in tears and sobbing so hard I had to put my Kindle down as I could no longer see the words. The ending blew me away and was totally unexpected!! If you love a dark romance, you will fall in love with this Trilogy as much as I did.
In my opinion this trilogy could have continued and been written as a series as there were so many characters that could have had their own story.
However, I see that Ms. Raymond has now released her first book in a 'spin off series', called "Shattered Images" ('The Connelly Witches series') I understand that this is a spin off series about witches and some characters from "Beneath the Shadows of Evil" that might be written into the this new series. Can't wait to see how Jolynn blends the Trilogy and new series together.
I am off to read this new series, The Connelly Witches - 'Shattered Images' and can't wait to see what Ms. Raymond has in store for us.
The final book of Beneath the Shadows of Evil... Treasured held a few surprises as the new family learns to live and love together. The twists and turns of this story came with quite a few surprises for the young mixed family and their friends. This part of the trilogy was all about solving the problems that plagued the family with the mixed vampire and human bloodline. Help was given by the Gypsy Clan, by good friends and by learning to communicate with each other through the love that had grown against all odds. The ending for the trilogy held many twists and turns in the story line, some happy, some sad and with some loss too. The three books completed a story that starts with violence to learning to love and care for each other; it is a great love story.
Treasured is the third book in the trilogy, Beneath the Shadow of Evil and wasn't a happy ever after ending but still the husband learned to treasure his wife and family for a satisfactory ending. In this part of the story, the actual historical events of the time were utilized effectively to keep the story authentic to medieval Hungary.
