Trinity has a one night with her boss, Lazlo when they are out of town on business. She know this is a bad idea except...oh baby...it was a really good idea at the time. But once they are back to reality, he keeps pursuing her. She knows this is not the way one night stands are supposed to go. It is supposed to be Hit It and Quit It. So why is Lazlo wanting more?

Lazlo is romantic, hot and rich. Good combo. The story was short and fun. I wish it had been longer 'cause I loved the way Lazlo called her Trin.

Cliche but cute

I think this book could be awesome if it was a full novel.....it is so short and I think that's why it feels so cliche to me. The sex when he cums inside her, she starts feeling nauseous, she tells him she's pregnant, he loves her, she tells him of her bad past, he saves the day the end......elaborate for me!!!!! I would have loved it if it were longer

I was initially excited to read this, then realized about four chapters in that I'd read it already except as Billionaire Bodyguard by Kristi Avalon.

Elizabeth Nelson is one author I will not be reading again. If one book is plagiarized, it stands to reason the rest of her books are.

I can't respect a story that defies believability.
And then to throw in a plot twist two thirds in so the book isn't just sex is too little, too late.
Nothing to see here, folks.

If I was solely rating this book on Smut it would be a 5/5. If you are looking for hot, spicy scenes this is the book for you. However, the storyline itself is lacking. It starts with a smut scene which is nice but they fall in love within like a week. Very unrealistic if you ask me.

Okay, so this is going to be a sort of round-about review.

I read the book on its own, without really looking into other reviews.

I didn't mind the story. It wasn't a great book, but it was readable. I enjoyed Lazlo's dedication to Trinity, but I really felt that the whole blackmail plot should have been more of the focus of the story.

The blackmail, which is kind of important to Trinity's character and the decisions she makes, doesn't even really get a mention at all until nearly the end of the story. It felt like a complete waste to me. The resolution was pretty anti-climactic, on top of that.

Still, my original rating for the story was three stars.

...and then I *did* go and look at the other reviews.

The blurb for this book is the exact same blurb for a book called Billionaire Bodyguard, by Kristi Avalon, except with the character names changed out.

Trinity (April 2013) -
Trinity Collins knows she shouldn't mix business with pleasure, especially when she's running from her past. Even after a one-night-stand with her sexy boss, she resists his attempts to further their personal and business relationship.

Billionaire CEO Laszlo Csatary is used to getting what he wants - and he wants the future with Trinity that she keeps denying him. When Trinity reveals she's pregnant with his child, and a dangerous threat targets her and the baby, Laszlo discovers just how far he's willing to go to protect the future and family he can't live without.

Billionaire Bodyguard (December 2012) -
Allison Dupree knows she shouldn't mix business with pleasure, especially when she's running from her past. Even after a one-night-stand with her sexy boss, she resists his attempts to further their personal and business relationship.

Billionaire CEO Logan Stone is used to getting what he wants - and he wants the future with Allison that she keeps denying him. When Allison reveals she's pregnant with his child, and a dangerous threat targets her and the baby, Logan discovers just how far he's willing to go to protect the future and family he can't live without.

I haven't read Billionaire Bodyguard, so I can't say whether or not Trinity's text was lifted from the other book, but the copy/paste job with the synopsis just leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth.

With that in mind, three stars didn't seem fair, so I adjusted my rating accordingly.

Ok..So this is Laszlo and Trinity journey. What a journey it was. This book starts off with a 3 weeks before setting and grabs you from there. It's about a girl that falls for her boss but not the typical story you might think. In no way shape or even form did this book take the journey that a typical boss and assistant would have. To me the author took a greatness in this book.
Laszlo loved Trinity from page one. He knew he had these amazing feelings for the woman that stole his heart. The author did a great job in portraying these wonderful characters together. Mind you there is suspense in this book. Trinity's past is a scarred one that comes to light 3/4 of the way. Though the author gives you some insight in pieces but still you don't see it coming. The author Wow's you. Laszlo's thoughtfulness and understanding that no matter what Trinity has to tell him never falters and that made me feel good.
Trinity comes off as the wild one then becomes the shy one to some point but not really. She tells Laszlo to back off and when he does Trinity becomes shocked and so does not take that well. But in order to get the full understanding of this greatness you are so gonna have to pick up this book. You so will not be disappointed.
Now please don't get me wrong the ending of the book for me could have been more but still the author did great. Pick up this book.
Happy Reading

Free download. Now before I review I wasn't aware that the story and plot could have been somebody else's work. After checking your reviews I have seen the details of Kristie Avalons 'Billionaire Bodyguard' and the stories are similar. I am fond of Kristi's work so this is upsetting but as this book is for sale and there are no other details suggesting the story has been taken from another author I will base my review on this book. Trinity is running from something, but can't help having feelings for her boss Laszlo, from the first moment, she has wanted him and when the opportunity arises, Laszlo doesn't miss his chance to bed the woman he's been fantasising about, but once isn't enough. After finding out she's pregnant, Trinity decides moving on is the best option for her safety, but Laszlo won't allow the woman he loves and his unborn child to be threatened into running. I enjoyed the story although very short, it gets to the point and you aren't led on with pointless chapters. I enjoyed Trinity and Laszlo, and I liked the fact that the story didn't need many characters. The sex scenes were hot, and I would continue reading their story. I'm not sure if other reviews I've read are true but based on reading this book I have given an honest review.

I was searching for a good quick read and selected this book based on the executive affair premise - the wealthy powerful executive having an affair with his emotionally troubled secretary.

The first half of the book was very intriguing - I enjoyed the hook-up and then the fighting the urge to reconnect. However, I didn't buy the falling in love by Laszlo so fast, I would have expected that more from Trinity.

I did like the blackmail twist on her ex and exposing his identity as a powerful political figure. Not bad for a secretary to attract such high powered men and to be caught up in a highly dramatic situation.

I won't give the book away, I also know there are two additional books in the series (Desire and Unconditional). I will read them before having a final rating on the series.

Contemporary office romance with a not so secret baby plot, the damaged Miss Trinity Collins who is a new secretary to Billionaire CEO Laszlo Csatary who happens to be her boss's boss. So the usual happens because they both have lots of chemistry, and not a lot of caution because there is no protective condoms used in their one-night-stand which turns into a seduction of Trinity by Laszlo until she admits that she is pregnant and then all the ghosts pop out of the closet because Trinity has a stalker ex-boyfriend. HEA is guaranteed although not without a trip to the hospital. Lesson in this story: just tell the truth about the past and don't wait because it may already be too late.

I was looking for a quick book to read and I was intrigued by this one I liked the description but what intrigued me more were the reviews it had two, a five star and a one star so I figured I'd give it ago and as you can see I came out in the middle. I must admit I enjoyed this book about a secretary who has too many drinks and sleeps with her boss, she backs away and trys to fight the attraction between them but he does everything he can to tempt her back. Can they make it work, will his playboy past get in the way or will something from her past destroy them. This is in my opinion a good very quick hot free read there were afew things i didn't like but I don't want to give anything away but I will say that I didn't particulary like the way it ended it felt very rushed.

good book

Good book a little short but kept my interest. Trinity and her fiancé both stopped playing games with one another and gave in to there emotions that they cared about one another. Laszlo stood up for his woman to Jason about abusing her and stoking her that if he continued he would expose him, with pictures that Trinity had messing with both woman and men and it would hurt his public appearance. Laszlo proposed and she said yes. So even though Trinity was his assistant and they had relations, she decided to leave one day due to running from Jason after she found out she was pregnant and hasn't been with Laszlo long enough to know him. But Laszlo reassured her that he loved her and would not be going any where and will help take care of his responsibilities.

This is the first book in the Executive's Affair series. It was quite short but it was steamy & entertaining. Trinity is running from something & finds herself about to have sex with her very hot & very rich boss, Laszlo. She is very attracted to him but doesn't want to risk her job. She leaves his hotel room in the morning without saying a word to him. Laszlo has wanted to sleep with Trinity since the first day she started working for him. He thought he could fuck her once & be done with her but when he wakes up to an empty bed he realizes he missed her. Trinity tries her best to avoid him at work but he doesn't make it easy on her with his constant attention.

3.25 stars. I enjoyed the first half of this book but I thought that the ending was a little bit of a cop out. I just thought that ending just came to a very easy conclusion. If it was that easy to solve the problem why didn't Trinity just go to the press in the first place? Then all of a sudden Laszlo saves the day by coming to the same conclusion? I was just a little disappointed it ended so abruptly. I feel like the author should have written a more intricate ending so that the reader wouldn't be let down in the end.

I loved this story. It's about 70 pgs but very detailed. Trinity is mr laszlo csatary's assistant. She takes a business trip with him. Both have been fighting the attraction toward each other. When they hook up at the business trip, they were explosive. She freaks and leaves him where he is doing anything to be with her and he never chases after a woman. When she ends up pregnant, she knows she has to come clean. She tells him and he was filled with joy that he gets to keep her and have a kid. All was well until she was visited by an ex who put her in the hospital. Very good story.

sometimes the right story comes along at the right time & it just ticks every box. This book did that for me. Being a shorter length it didn't disappoint in quality over quantity. A great passionate story of love, betrayal, abuse, strength & recover - life can still work out. Gorgeous wealthy man, sexy secretary. Personalities unite & come together against all odds. If you are looking for a passionate quality short story which has the umph of a full length book then this is definitely for you. Kudos to the writer who manages to attain the quality throughout

Amazon freebie that piqued my curiosity but that's about it. The rich businessman falls for his assistant trope is overplayed here and there's not really much depth to the storyline or the hot chemistry on display by the lovers. There is potential but it's not played out. There's a rush to the ending and readers are left with a semi-cliffhanger. Two more books in this series are scheduled to follow.

I liked this one. I was captivated by the story in the very beginning. For me, the story was a little different from the usual "Girl in hiding" and "Rich guy saves the day". I hope a book 2 is coming out because I still have a lot of questions that I would like answered. Overall, I thought it was a great story!

Fairly good novella, but weak character development. It’s a good read, especially as I picked up my copy as a freebie. I'd like to see a full length story from the author, giving her an opportunity to flesh out characters- the writing was good, but it felt like the author didn't try to make the protagonists into people I cared about. Worth a read.

I read this one cause it was free! lol but it was also good. Everything in the beginning seemed a lil rushed but since I'm intrigued now I will see what the series has to offer. I like the ending and looking forward to see how this "congressman" will act in response to her new life without him............

OMG! I’ve had this book on my kindle for some time and I finally sat down and read it. I couldn’t put it down once I started! It is your cliché boss/secretary romance but there is depth to it and problems that people face in reality. That’s what sets this books apart from the others. I can’t wait to get the rest in this series!
