the idea was good. It really was.

but I just didn't like it as much as Mauro Neaus's other short story "Friends". I think this one would have worked better as a longer story, maybe a novella. just a little more details would be cool.

there were a couple of bits that I really liked. Like at the beginning of the story, where it talks about how much working nights suck?

yep. I can relate so hard. It's not even funny.

It was a fast read, which was nice. :D

short reads are a great choice for a gal without a lot of free time on her hands. most of my reading now is done in audiobook form while driving, working, or exercising. physical and Kindle books get read in short bursts at bedtime. So, I did enough how easy a read it was.

recommended for fans of very short stories looking to get some quick reading in!
