Levi, Noah, Aaron, Ben, Dylan, Finn, Seb, and Shaun. Eight friends who grew up in Wells, Maine. Different backgrounds, different paths, but one thing remains solid, even eight years after they graduated – their friendship. Holidays, weddings, funerals, birthdays, parties – any chance they get to meet up, they take it. It’s an opportunity to share what’s going on in their lives, especially their love lives. Back in high school, they knew four of them were gay or bi, so maybe it was more than coincidence that they gravitated to one another. Along the way, there were revelations and realizations, some more of a surprise than others. And what none of the others knew was that Levi was in love with one of them…
All seven books and two bonus stories - together - adding up to more than 520K words and 1300+ pages of found family, age gap, hurt comfort, first times, a virgin or two, bisexuality, demisexuality, second chances, friends to lovers... And through all of it, a rock-solid friendship, and a whole lotta love.
K.C. Wells lives on an island off the south coast of the UK, surrounded by natural beauty. She writes about men who love men, and can’t even contemplate a life that doesn’t include writing. The rainbow rose tattoo on her back with the words 'Love is Love' and 'Love Wins' is her way of hoisting a flag. She plans to be writing about men in love - be it sweet and slow, hot or kinky - for a long while to come.

This series follows eight childhood friends from Wells, Maine — Levi, Noah, Aaron, Ben, Dylan, Finn, Seb, and Shaun — whose bond has only strengthened in the eight years since high school. Despite their different backgrounds and life paths, they reunite for every milestone, sharing the ups and downs of adulthood, especially when it comes to love. Back in school, half of them already knew they were gay or bi, which helped draw them together. Over the years, more revelations surfaced — some expected, some surprising — including the secret that Levi had been quietly in love with one of them. Across seven novels and two bonus stories, this collection weaves together themes of found family, age‑gap romance, hurt/comfort, first times, bisexuality, demisexuality, second chances, and friends‑to‑lovers journeys. Through every challenge and every love story, one thing remains constant: their unwavering, lifelong friendship and the deep love that binds them all.
I adored this collection which was a celebration of friendship, love, and the beautiful ways people grow together and apart over time. Following eight men who’ve been inseparable since their school days in Wells, Maine, the series captures the kind of found family bond that feels unshakeable — full of loyalty, teasing, support, and the quiet certainty that they’ll always show up for one another. At the centre of that family was Levi's grandmother Grammy who gave them all unwavering support and love with her amazing cooking especially cookies. What makes the series especially rewarding is that each man gets his own love story, complete with unique challenges, identities, and emotional journeys. From first loves to second chances, from heartbreak to healing, every book adds another layer to the group’s shared history while giving each character the spotlight he deserves. A warm, heartfelt saga about lifelong friendship and the many forms love can take — tender, messy, surprising, and absolutely worth fighting for. Each story will make you smile and cry. These are all MM stories with mature content.

I cried a couple times and smiled a lot wish there were books like this when I was younger, now 71 it brought back memories when my late husband and I married in 1994 and later married legally in 2014 and together till he passed in 2021 on 1-07 our original anniversary making me a love gay romance.
