The Billionaire's Ultimatum #1-9

The Billionaire's Ultimatum: His Absolute Need

Rate this book
Falling in love wasn't part of Jessika's temporary job description. Nor, initially, was being asked by billionaire CEO Asher Landseer to become an egg donor and surrogate for his infertile wife. All Jessika wants to do is help, but is she setting herself up for heartbreak in the process?

(A Cerys du Lys contemporary BDSM erotic romance novel)

Screwing up on her first day of a one-day job is the last thing Jessika Fevrier wanted to do. Worse yet, she's managed to infuriate Asher Landseer, the young, handsome, reclusive and eccentric billionaire CEO of Landseer Enterprises. His idea of work performance punishment is unorthodox to say the least, but Jessika finds herself intrigued by this singularly unaffected man nonetheless.

She was only supposed to clean Asher's office, but before she leaves for the day he has another job he'd like to offer her. Revealing that his wife is infertile, Asher asks her to consider becoming an egg donor for his family. He's always wanted children of his own, but the fates have plotted against him, it seems.

Asher's marriage is of necessity, rough and possibly loveless, but his desire for children is genuine and real. His absoluteness and certainty in himself and his surroundings, despite everything, captivates her. Jessika finds herself charmed by this dominant, enigmatic man who seems to know everything about business and nothing about love.

Behind the scenes, there's more than the fates plotting against him. Someone has it out for Landseer Enterprises, and they're going to do everything within their power to cause Asher's downfall. Between dealing with Asher's conditions and requirements, the cruel gaze of his spiteful wife, and corporate sabotage, Jessika finds herself lost in a world completely different from the one she's used to.

Can she rediscover herself and come to terms with her impossible feelings for a man she can't have? Or in her attempts to satisfy His Absolute Need will she inadvertently become the catalyst that leads to his (and her) ruin?

Dominant, sexy, and powerful. This tantalizing story of love, lust, intrigue and suspense will bind you, entwine you, and thrill you until the very end.

This book is intended for mature audiences.

**Might contain spoilers**

Yes, I'm giving this one star. Why?

1. It was too soap-operish.

2. The first love scene between Asher and Jessika was rape in my eyes. Have a look for yourself. I just...didn't find it sexy. Erotic for the first few mins, yes, but not after that.
"Tossing the page aside, he grabbed my wrist and dragged me through the open glass door into his private meeting room."
He looped a finger into my pantyhose and peeled them down to my knees.
"Sir!" I screamed. "Asher! What are you—?"
I inched away from him, my hands pressed into the smooth, alder wood table as I tried to get away.He would accept none of that.Grabbing my foot, he pulled me back towards him. And, despite the fact that I was scared out of my mind, I was also uncontrollably aroused. His hands sought the buttons of my blouse, undoing them. When I tried to stop him, he frowned at me and then ripped the whole thing off. He wrapped his other fingers around my pussy, treating me like just another object, something he owned."

The Sex

Love Scene No:1- When Asher first meets Jessica, and in less than 20 seconds, her clothes is practically ripped off.

Love Scene No:2- The first time in my life when I felt that eating vegetable tempura was sexier than eating melted chocolate.

Love Scene No:3- When a picture screamed said more than a thousand words.

A little further into the book.

Love Scene No:9- When I realized that the protagonists might be nymphomaniacs but I really didn't care at that point.

Love Scene No:17- When sex seemed like old news.

Love Scene No:248 or something- When I decided I was going to be a nun in the nearest convent that I could find.

4.I hate cheating in general. I just hate it. It always comes across to me as someone not being able to keep their libido in control. So when I came across Asher and Jessika, I was a little biased. I still am. And there were multiple times throughout the story when Asher attempted to stop their affair. He never succeeds.

Why?

Because Jessika always manage to distract him- with sex or pizza, I really don't know. But she always distracts him or forces him or something like that. Either that, or Asher's dick does the job.

I received an ARC of this novel in return for an honest review.

Although the storyline was a bit far-fetched, the sex scenes were so hot and steamy that I found myself not caring about the fact that Asher asked Jessika to be an egg donor/surrogate 20 minutes after meeting her! It irritated me a bit that Asher kept going hot and cold with Jessika since he started the whole thing in the first place, but she acted so desperate at times that you almost couldn’t blame him. I did like the role of Jeremy though. He added humor and friendship to the story, I just wish we would have known a little more about him.
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a quick read who’s into erotica.

u can see the review here too

The plot~
Jessika, a English Language and Literature graduate lands on a temporary job involving cleaning a married billionaire CEO’s office. Her curiosity caused her to be sort of punished by the CEO himself, Asher Landseer. After that event, Asher then offers her to be a surrogate mother to his infertile wife. With the money she can get and her attraction to Asher, Jessika agrees. A forbidden romance starts due to their magnetism towards each other and it leads to discovering hidden desires, feelings and plans.

The plot is very interesting and unique from my perspective because of my curiosity on how the protagonists’ feelings for each other developed and how they can overcome obstacles like marriage, wealth and the donation process to be together.

The Characters~
Jessika is a very curious, insatiable, stubborn woman. I sometimes find her a bit annoying because she can’t control her sexual desires or maybe she can’t help it because Asher is so damn attractive. She’s very witty, funny and strong and that’s what I like about her.
Asher’s character is somewhat confusing since sometimes he is very controlling and dominant, then he’s kind, friendly and sweet. I still like him though, and he’s very attractive.
Jeremy is a clever and reliable person. I like his remarks and the way he kinds of help the two main characters together. He is my favorite character in the book.
Beatrice’s character was also amusing. She thinks people who are not very rich like her are beneath her. She got a personality twist though at somewhat the end of the book, which is somewhat unbelievable.
Jessika’s mom is also a great character that I laughed while she was having a conversation with her daughter.

Other insights~
Though this book was BDSM, sometimes I feel Asher is not that dominant enough. Some sensual scenes though are steamy yet the BDSM characteristic isn’t consistent.

I somewhat was looking for Jessika and Asher’s banter about books like the one in the first chapter since they were ‘book people.’ Anyways, their relationship is sweet and I think they are perfect for eachother. I feel giddy when they are together. Especially because of this one:

All scenes in whole book happened only a few days, it’s a fast paced and making it a bit of unrealistic for me. I also find the ending was a bit lacking, like there should have been an epilogue regarding what happens to the characters. Nevertheless, I think the sequel, Billionaire’s Paradigm, serves that purpose.

Overall, I think the book is good. The narration changes basing on the character it is focusing. I like how the author, Cerys du Lys, writes this book and I would probably read the sequel.

I received this book from the author for an honest review.

Jessika is a temp cleaning the office of CEO Asher. When she is caught with her hand in the proverbial cookie jar of his book collection he startles her and she drops the book she is holding. Asher is upset and takes her by the arm and strips her of her clothes on the conference room table and gives her a powerful orgasm to "punish" her for the book. Then he proceeds to make her finish cleaning his office in the nude for further punishment.

When Asher receives a disturbing phone call from his wife, Beatrice, telling him she is infertile Asher asks Jessika to become an egg donor and surrogate for he and his wife. Asher loves children and wants them desperately.

Jessika agrees to become a surrogate and what was attraction between the two of them quickly becomes more than either one of them bargained. Asher and Beatrice's marriage is one of convenience for power and to bring two families together. None of the love and passion that Asher and Jessika have between them.

Upon accidentally running into Beatrice and Soloman, Asher's PR, Jessika discovers they are having an affair and imploring drastic measures to assure of Asher's demise so that they can take everything from him and be together. Jessika's problem......no proof.

Will Jessika and Asher be able to come up with a plan to foil the actions of Beatrice and Soloman ? Will Jessika and Asher be able to hold on to the love they share without it being destroyed In the process ?

I thoroughly enjoyed the characters in this book. Jeremy played a great role in this book as a secondary character. He made me laugh and I really enjoyed his and Jessika's banter.

My one downfall on the book, which Is totally personal, I'm not For extra marital affairs. I understand it worked in this book and that was the only way to make the plot work. Part of me wishes Jessika and Asher would have held off but another part of me absolutely LOVED their passion and desire.

Thank you for allowing me to read your book.

I received a copy of this book for an honest review.

A well developed story, with a billionaire Hero, Asher, that is not the tipical jerk, but a reasonable man. And too naive in different aspects (his wife, for instance). Yes, we have a married hero here. He doesn’t want to cheat on his wife, tries to act with restrain but he cannot help himself.

It is easy to love the heroine (Jessika), because she is a blogger dedicated to reading and writting and her first connecting point with H is a classic book, Dante’s Inferno, now very well known thanks to Dan Brown’s bestseller.

Asher and Jessika get to know each other when she is cleaning his office as a temp. She gets her first orgasm as a punishment, but I won’t tell you how. Afterwards, Asher gets her promise that she will become egg donor and surrogate for his infertile wife. A very generous offer because she is much attracted to Asher. And naturally Asher to her, in spite of being a married man. But he is not a man who complains about his wife, quite the contrary, he wants to make her happy, to be faithful to her... But she is always absent, travelling, doesn’t want to sleep with him in the same bed...

Apart from very hot scenes, there is also a light intrigue (a complot). And the author manages this with ability, as we don’t have a story with much sex and no plot, but with much steam and a suspensful plot (in the light way of a romance).

I received an ARC of this in return for my honest opinion.

I really enjoyed reading this story. Along with the usual will they/won't they erotic love story was an intriguing sub plot. The build up and the suspense in worked really well although when the actual dastardly deed was finally revealed, it was a little lame and didn't really live up to the hype for me.

I loved that the characters got together over a love of books. The very moment I become a billionaire I will be installing a library just like Ashers.

The sex scenes were really erotic too and started very early on in the book and carried on all the way through, but happily, they weren't at the expense of the storyline.

The only thing that took some getting used to for me was the narrative style. It was mainly in the female first person, but every now and again it would switch to the male character's in third person. I would have preferred for both narratives to be the same and ideally first person to prevent breaking the flow of the story.

I'm pleased to see the story is continuing. I'm interested in what happens to the characters next.

What the eff did I read???

Now, I don't like to give bad reviews so I usually just don't post anything for a book I wasn't into. But this one was just crazy.

Asher, our 'hero' was no alpha by any means... and to truly call this BDSM erotica is laughable at best. There are BDSM elements, but done very poorly. And seriously, I'm actually not a fan of BDSM stories, but if you're going to do it then do it right.

The heroine, Jessika was a train wreck and a half. Its apparently super sexy to have a married stranger sexually attack you at your job... and then offer to have his baby. Just, no. There's so much I could go on about but then I'd be telling the whole story.

The plot was minimal and the relationship was just silly. I guess I was just hoping for more. For 0.99 I guess I can't complain too much.

This was the first book I read by Cerys. I loved it and all the continuing books for the story line since. This was an awesome book and a must read. Cerys du Lys is a great author who I've really connected with in regards to the books. They are not over the top BDSM which is a nice change and has more of a romantic side than most of the Erotica genre novels I read. I cannot wait for the next installment of the continuum's to see where the story leads.

Well, this book was just ok for me. I sometimes kind of close my eyes in some scenes because it was just kinda off and too much for me. Jessika and Asher made me crazy. Crazy good and crazy bad. I mean, I sometimes don't get them especially Asher.

Hate the cheating but loved the HOT scenes!
Overall it's just an OK for me.

I was gifted this book for an honest book review. The Billionaire’s Ultimatum: His Absolute need was written by Cerys du Lys.

Now what can I say about this book. I give this book a three. This book could have easily been a 4 star book if the author would have stuck with a theme.

PLOT - The book centers around Asher Landseer a billionaire CEO who has been married to his wife for four years. His wife is infertile and Asher desperately wants a child. Enters Jessika, a Literary Arts College Graduate that cannot keep a job. Asher wants Jessika to become and egg donor for him and his wife. This book made absolutely no sense. The first chapter was the best part of the entire book. I almost feel cheated and wish the author would have scraped the first chapter all together because it did not flow with the rest of the book. How the hero and heroine met was completely unrealistic, and the fact that he asked the maid to be an egg donor after knowing her for 20min was terrible. The story just did not flow and there was no character development. The highlight of the book were the steamy love scenes and indeed they were HOT HOT HOT!!
Jessika – I think that I dislike this heroine more than any other heroine I have ever read in my entire life. I know that may seem harsh but it is the truth. She was weak, bipolar, annoying and so desperate. I mean she reeked with desperation. All through the book I kept yelling for her to get a freaking grip. It’s one thing to be a passionate woman, but it is another to continually throw yourself at a married man. And the worst part was she would not leave his house. I mean who meets someone on Monday, go to their house on Tue, and NEVER leave!! It was not cute, endearing, or passionate, it was insanity. And I could not understand how she did not have at least one friend to talk some sense into her. Lastly who falls in love with a married man in 3 days…no one does. She chased and baited that married man but she constantly stated how shy and insecure she was…really. I did not sense that at all.

Asher – Well Chapter 1 Asher was interesting, but the Asher in the rest of the book was just okay. He was a nice guys and I was rooting for him to come out on top with his issues. I did feel bad that he was in a loveless marriage, but he should have been more of a man about the situation. One minute he was dominate and take charge and in the next minute he was sappy and pathetic. He was also very naïve to what was happening around him which was a complete turn off.

Lastly Jeremy – I actually liked this character but he and Jessika became friends way too quickly. He met her once and told her all of Asher’s business. What friend does that? Not cool...

All in all I applaud the author on what she tried to accomplish here. The book was intriguing enough for me to continue to read it but some of the actions in this book was a little cliché for my taste. If you are looking for a book with hot love scenes, a good plot, and less than stellar charters this is for you.

Overall, a 3,5 stars, not what I expected but definitely not bad either.

The plot: Jessika majored in English Language and Literature but has to do menial jobs to pay the bills. One night, hired as a temp, she must clean the office of the CEO of Landseer Enterprises, Asher Landser and ... she screw up. She soon finds herself sexually punished by the handsome CEO. Acting upon the fresh new of his wife's infertility, Asher asks Jessika to donate egg and be a surrogate mother who'll give her future child away.
They will then embark on an unconventional relationship, alternating bestween passion and restrain, Asher being married and struggling to remain faithfull to his wife.

I honestly took time to warm to Jessika's character. At first, I perceived her as weak, easy and naive. Owner of a degree in English Language and Literature she had to be bright but acted erratically, oscillating between being subdued and willing to lead Asher astray. One moment thinking "I can't", "I don't want to be a homewrecker" and the other enticing him provocatively.
The first forcefull sexscene seemed promising of a great alpha male character but soon enough, Asher became distant, polite, righteous and nearly disappointingly "meek" (to me!). I thought "What the heck! Does he have guts? If he is so righteous, what was that first scene?". I must confess I was lost. But ... things went way better.

As the story unfold, Jessika and Asher's temperaments affirmed themselves. I warmed to their "lunacy". in some ways they are dreamers, more private persons who want to enjoy good books and simple pleasures.
At the same time, it was interesting to see Asher loosing his retrain and become more passionate giving the reader real hot moments (love via TV screens; spanking, bondage, sex at the doctor's office, ...). He began experimenting in soft BDSM. It was tentative but a delighting discovery for Jessika and Asher. As it was tentative, it was refreshing even if it was also hot (like two kids discovering a new game).
To add to the thrill, they will also have to fight a conspiracy and avoid Asher's ruin.
All in all, an easy ;-) read.

While cleaning the office temp; Jessika Fevrier is asked to be an egg donor & and surrogate mother (In vitro fertilization) for billionaire CEO Asher Landseer (28, eccentric, reclusive) of Landseer Enterprises (entertainment, vacation resorts, casinos) for his infertile wife Beatrice (kinda an old lady’s name). The deceased father Thomas Landseer had started the empire. Solomon Royce is the PR.

Jessika had severely damages 1 of Asher classical books Dante's Inferno & he wanted repayment. He took her right on his office table.

Asher asks her out for lunch the next day at the Simple Path (Japanese). Once again the 2 had hot passionate sex in the private alcove of the luxury restaurant.

Asher hires Jessika because Solomon secretary Daphne is on vacation. He put the moves on her but she made him quit. Jessika went back to the job she was hired for.

Solomon Royce, Asher public relations director was seen at the local book store with Beatrice Landseer.

Will Jessika have the baby? Is Beatrice really the faithful devoted wife? Is Solomon Royce really a faithful employee? Will Asher & Jessika end up with each other?

Awesome book cover, font & writing style. A more intimate, provocative hot, steamy, passionate sex rather than a romance book. A very well written book, easy to read/follow from start/finish, never a dull moment. Lots of surprising twists/turns. No grammar errors, or out of line/repetitive sequence sentences. Could be the makings of a great R sexy movie. If this does not boil your juices reading this nothing will. Very easy for me to give the book a rating of 5 stars.

Thank you for the free book

Very Well Written...

In the beginning of the book I thought that Asher was going to be a very dominant man but he seemed to be more of a pushover at times. He definitely had a sweet side which melts just about any girls heart but this kind of threw me for a loop as I was not expecting Asher to be somewhat of a softie. One minute he could be domineering and the next he gives in. Rather confusing but somehow it worked. This book was described as a BDSM theme to me but in my opinion the BDSM aspects were pretty tame. There was a little spanking, tying up etc so if you are looking for strong BDSM with an extremely dominant male this may not be the book for you. Now if you are looking for a great story that is extremely well written with a little kink in it this will be perfect for you.

I really liked the way that Cerys du Lys writes. She is one talented author and I look forward to reading more of her work in the future. This book started out great and had me hooked from the first page. I'm usually not a fan of books where one of the characters is married and the other isn't but for some reason this one caught my attention and kept it throughout. I don't like to read about cheating spouses but I must say that this story was so well written and that the issue was addressed and not disregarded like in so many other books. I found Asher's struggle with fidelity a wonderful change. In some romances it seems like no one has a conscience anymore but that is not the case here.

To start off, I really liked the fact that both the Hero and the Heroine were into books. I mean honestly, that was a big "awe" factor for me. I like reading so I loved how both the H and the h bonded over the books they read. That was something different then I had read before.

I liked both the H and h. Yeah, okay, I admit, they pissed me off a lot, but I think the sex they had made up for it.

And that brings up the next point. The sex was HOT! I loved it! The first scene with Asher and Jess was hot!

All in all, I liked the book. I think the part that bothered me the most was how Asher kept saying that they couldn't have sex because he wouldn't cheat on Beatrice but yet continued to have sex with Jess.

Like I said, this book left with with a taste of uncertainty. There were so many things that I felt wrong about [the way I imagined the book would progress] but at the same time, there were so many things that were going right too [like the bonding of Asher and Jess over books, the connection they shared and the smoking hot sex that they had!]

And the cherry on top was Jeremy! I loved his character! <3

So yes, I'd definitely recommend this book to readers who are fans of steamy sex with a mixture of "I love you but I can't have you" stories!

***RRC received by author in exchange for an honest review***

Asher and Jessikas story is somewhat unconventional!!
After working as a temp to clean his office, it doesn't take long for the action to start.

"You destroyed my book. Everything is a mess. Pages scattered on the floor and the binding undone. I believe it's only fair that I do the same to you. "

After asking Jessika if she would donate her egg or be a surrogate for he and his wife, the pair end up together in more ways then one!! I though the 'lunch' was hot until we got to the photography!! Gees I needs a cold
Shower after that no so little number!!! But it didn't stop there!! Steamy!

I really enjoyed this story, lots of emotion, I think the adding of Jeremy was a wonderful touch, he added bits and piece that the story really needed. I adored his sense of humour!!! I'm hoping that he will get his own book :)

Beatrice, argh what a waste of space. If I had a husband like that, there is no way in hell I'd only see him a few DAYS a month!!! Drafted cow. And the not being able to be with child, what a load of crap!
I'll give credit to the author here, as I truly HATED this woman!!

I was fully enthralled with this book from beginning to end.

I would highly recommend this book :)

Let me start of by saying: WARNING! WARNING! If you have a heart condition, do not read this book, because you would surely be left with severe to fatal consequences after reading it! It is that earth shatteringly H.O.T! The very first encounter the two main characters has, left me conflicted. My calvinistic upbringing shouted, this is wrong, it is wrong that you like it, but oh boy, I just buried that part of me and revelled in the rest of the book. It is here that I would encourage other readers that might experience the same feelings as I, to just keep on reading. It is well worth it. Even though I did not understand why the characters acted towards each other the way they did, especially in the beginning, it somehow drew me further into the story. And did I say, it is really H.O.T? I commend the author on the plot and her storyline. She incorporated many unbelievably sensuous and I would say sometimes scandalous sex scenes( again that good girl upbringing), but the book was more than that! In a way I am happy that I have finished the book, at least now my heart rate can return to a somewhat normal rate! Cannot wait for the sequel!
Take a trip into fanatsy land, with your own billionare and experience the bliss!!!!

This is a very well written novel. Du Lys’ intricate descriptions really pop, allowing you to picture each and every aspect of the novel. There were many aspects and levels to this novel. The exciting and suspenseful twist near the end really had me. It also wraps everything up nicely. This is one of those novels that really makes you think. It had me questioning a great deal of things throughout, about life and about living it. As much as I enjoyed parts of the story the fact that he was married was always in the back of my mind. It shouldn’t matter what his wife was doing behind his back, the fact remains that he’s still married.

The characters were all developed so individually that you can’t help but see how they come from different worlds. You get to know them on varying levels and in many ways creating a unique cast that you really get to know.

This was a unique read that I enjoyed, yet at the end I was left with the overwhelming question as to why it was ok that he was married, but not that she was.

Please note that I received this novel free of charge from the author in exchange for an honest review.

Let me tell you. OMG! Emotions. I didn't know if I wanted to laugh, cry, or throw my kindle. Amazing love this story.
Jessika is your average girl working for a temp agency. She is brought in to clean the office of CEO Asher. When she is caught snooping around his office and destroys his book. He decides to teach her a lesson.
But it all takes a turn with a just a phone call from his wife. Jessika offers herself to carry a child for Asher and his wife. Things change over lunch between Asher and Jessika.
Things happen between them that both knew shouldn't. But they can't fight the attraction, and they don't try hard too.
Everything takes a turn for better and worse when Jessika finds out that Beatrice is cheating on Asher with the head of public relation Solomon Royce. They have set out to destroy Asher and his company.
In the end it works out for Jessika and Asher.

At first, I didn't know I if should like or not really this book because the characters were all in contradiction with their thoughts and actions, the bad and the good.
1st harassment. .. but okay he was over gorgeous an dominating with curiosity. she put him off guard. but still harassment.
2nd adultery not good. both of them knew that.
but I started to understand and maybe it was okay for me for them. out of love, feeling whole and worth
3rd com on guys assume
4th girl stop thinking or start being guilty. horny yeah but stop
the story was good. some annoyance but all faded. she wanted him happy because he was the guy who loved people and wanted to make them happy if he could. he would never be disappointed. so I could understand why they were attracted. and also the fact they both enjoy reading and found why and what could come from that reading.
the fact they were so driving by their sexuality was because they were both overwhelm.
yeap my conclusion was OVERWHELM.

I was given a copy of this book in return for an honest review.

Jessika Fevrier made the mistake of getting a useless degree which led her to taking a temp job as a maid for Landseer Enterprises. She gets caught not following simple instructions by CEO Asher Landseer which somehow leads to him asking her to be an egg donor.

When Asher meets Jessika all he sees is her average looks, and possible stupidity (because she can't follow basic instructions in the very first task assigned). There was nothing initially revealed about Jessika that made it plausible that a married handsome billionaire would want to procreate with her on after only a 20 minute exchange. I could never get over this flaw in the set-up that kept me from connecting with this book. That being said, those of you into Plain Jane storylines might like this.

This was an interesting book. I did enjoy it, but I wasn't a fan of the whole cheating aspect of the book. I know that the wife stated it first, but he wasn't aware of that until later, still kind of turn me off from the book a little bit.
Other than that, I thought this book was great. There were times that I thought Jessika and Asher might have had ADD, but I think that made the book better for me. I felt it added some humor to it (not sure if it was suposed to, but I'm not going to lie, I was LOL there a few times with what they were thinking) I don't know what else to say with out giving something away. I will say this is something that anyone interested in BDSM and LOTS of sex scenes should read. Thanks Cerys du Lys for giving me a chance to read this book :)

I received a free copy from the author for my honest review, so her it is. This is a great story. Jessika works at odd jobs for a temp agency. This day she is a cleaning lady and cleaning CEO Asher Landseer's office. It is spotless and she begins looking a his books on the shelves. While looking through Dante's Inferno, Asher walks in and she drops the book breaking the spine and pages go every where. He has to punish her but what he does is not really a punishment. There is an attraction between them and out of the blue he asked her if she wanted to donate eggs so he and his wife could have a child and for her to carry the baby too because his wife being infertile and does not want anything to do with carrying a child. In this story there is lust, attraction, intrigue, and some scheming. This is the first for my by author Cerys du Lys and I will be reading more from her.

This was a solid 3.5 stars for me. I enjoyed the story, it was a quick read. My only issue with it was Jessika was not the brightest crayon in the box. I mean who wears pantyhose, a skirt and heels to clean an office? Asher was to wishy washy at times, and I felt like his character needed to be more asserting. However, I really was confused on Jeremy's character at first, like I kept thinking to myself boy this guy has a big mouth when it comes to his boss, but then got why he was the way he was as the story went on and really enjoyed his part in the book, especially the friendship that developed between him and Jessika. The sex was steamy, and the story was cute. All in all a good read! Thanks for the ARC!

What can I say about this book,I have mix emotions, I like it but there is a lot of things that I don't feel right about it.The heroine drive me crazy she keeps apologizing for everything omg just stop, then she keep fishing for complement, "really do u think I'm sexy "come on he is giving it to u every chance he has n he is telling you. I personally don't like when the female character is so weak.Overall I like the storyline love asher he I so such sweet guy that just wants to change the world but all he fans of bdsm would love this, the sex scenes are great would definitely read book 2

** I was given a copy for an honest review**

WOW! It was amazing! There was so much emotions going around that I sometimes I was just a little overwhelmed. I really enjoyed reading this book with its loverble characters to its enchanting storyline.

When Jessica finds herself in trouble after ruining a book while she was cleaning out her boss, Asher's office she finds herself agreeing to carry a child for Asher and his barren wife.

There's treachery, betrayals, love and a little bit of domination sums this fabulous book up!

Cerys du Lys pens "The Billionaire's Ultimatum" in a well written plot filled with emotions and sexual tension. The author's main male character was very dominant but he starts to loosen up towards the end and had great chemistry with his female counterpart. I totally enjoyed the story line but I must warn you that in the story line, the characters have an extra-marital affair which some might find offensive. A must read for all erotica fans.

This review is based on a complimentary copy from the author which was provided for an honest review.

Jessika wasn't expecting what happened on her one day in a temp job. Asher can't believe weekday he did. Neither can deny their attraction to each other. Oh and he's married...... That's kind of a problem.
The character depth is great and helps the story to just unfold right before you. Steamy scenes and a plot to destroy everything in Ashers life this story has a little of everything!

I wasn't so sure about this book at first. Jessika is basically throwing herself at a married man and I really like Jessika. So I was super excited that his wife was far from perfect and deserved the ending she got. Asher and Jessika are great characters with good personalities and are easy to like.

I think this book was good in its own way but I can't say that the story really complement my taste. I'm looking for more depth in the transition of Asher and Jessika's relationship. I think it's too abrupt and I think if Asher's character was more dominant in an alpha male way the love story will be more alluring and seductive.
