The book offers an approach to set up or reboot the startup team that focuses on great achievements. It is interesting to read, however, if you do not deal
with such teams daily, it will require certain effort to tailor the framework for your context.

Phenomenal. What an amazing tool and resource for outlining how to address major challenges within teams. While it’s framed for support in start-ups, it is useful in any context in my opinion. Cannot wait to integrate into our team practices.
