Zara "Zip" McKee and Kieran Lanier thought they had put the threats from Kieran's past behind them in the first installment of the In Your Dreams series. But when danger comes for them once again, Zip, Kieran, and their families find themselves on separate summer road trips that none of them had anticipated. When all paths converge in North Carolina, the two families are forced to deal with each other and the secrets they've kept out of love and fear.

But Kieran is keeping the biggest secret of all from everyone but Zip. He hasn’t had a dream—about the future, about anything—for months. And while Zip and Kieran are grappling with what the new twist in Kieran’s sleeping disorder might mean, a mysterious stranger reveals information that could change Kieran's life--or end it.

Amy Martin wrote and illustrated her first book at the age of ten and gave it to her fourth grade teacher, who hopefully lost it in her house somewhere and didn't share it with anyone else.

The first novel she published as a grown-up, In Your Dreams, was a 2012 Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award Semi-finalist in Young Adult Fiction. In Your Dreams was the first of a four book series (In Your Dreams, As You Wake, Before You Sleep, and Beyond Your Dreams). Her second YA series is titled The Perfects.

Amy lives with her husband and a ferocious attack tabby named Cleo, and when not writing or reading, she can usually be found watching sports, drinking coffee, or indulging her crippling Twitter habit (and, sometimes, doing all three at once).

I've received this book from Amy Martin in exchange of an honest review

I'd say

okay... okay... Urgh! What a cliffhanger ending! (again) Well I should have known since book 1 but I've got caught up with the series events that I didn't expect it would end up that way.

I LOVE IT

I'm so happy (well I'll admit. I'm kind of having my suspicion about guy Cooper) but I'm happy for Kieran. That there is a new character, Cooper, like him. That Kieran can talk to him and compare everything they're experiencing. (compare feelings)

I also would like to look on the brighter side that Kieran could be "save-saved" at last and be all normal teenage guy who can cuddle with his girlfriend Zip and hang-out with his friends anf family without dozing off anymore.

Urgh! I so totally can not wait for Book 3! I need it now!!!

all in all Amy Martins did I really good job in writing this YA series! :)

Disclosure: I received a free copy of this book in exhange for an honest review.

And this is the sequel to In Your Dreams so this review will contain spoilers from the first book!

I really enjoyed In Your Dreams so I've been eagerly anticipating this book! And I was very fortunate to receive a copy from the author a few days before the release. As You Wake picks up with Zip and Kieran still fearing they may be in danger and with Kieran strill having to deal with his visions.

There are so many things I loved about this book! It's one of those reviews where I don't really know where to start. Firstly, there was plenty of little bits of recapping weaved really nicely into the story which I always like, as I have a memory like a sieve and can't always remember little details from previous books in a series. In As Your Wake it was done perfectly and straight away I was back in that world. I think I enjoyed it more now Kieran's problem is well established, whereas in the first book there was still a lot of figuring out what was wrong with him. It meant I was able to completely lose myself in the story.

Okay so I really love Kieran and Zip's relationship. They're so sweet together! And in this book they have a lot of obstacles to deal with and it was great seeing how they tackled with them. Not only was it tricky knowing that they both could still be in danger with people possibly still out there wanting to get to Kieran, but they have all those teenage issues to deal with when it comes to their relationship. How are they going to deal with Zip going away for the summer? How will they cope when they're off at college? And the things like saying I love you and taking their relationship to the next level. I think they're probably one of the best written couples I've come across because everything just feels so natural with the two of them.

One of my favourite parts of As You Wake was definitely Kieran's sister Kayla. I thought she had great potential in the first book but she was just brilliant in this one! I especially liked the road trip scene where we get to see her bond more with Zip. She's just so honest and brutal but in a caring way, and I found myself really enjoying the scenes where she took more of a focus. I liked that we still get to see what's going on in her life as well and that she was able to share things with Zip.

There was definitely plenty of tension and suspense throughout As You Wake. I was constantly wondering what would happen and I could really feel Zip and Kieran's worries. I liked that there were some great characters to try and figure out as well, both people from the past and some great new characters who you had to decide whether to trust or not.

It really did have a bit of everything, from romantic relationships to family relationships, high school worries and a little bit of mystery. It delivered in all departments and I thought it was kept fresh by the fact we got to see characters in different physical settings. The pacing was spot on and I couldn't put it down. Every time I got to the end of a chapter there'd be another great cliffhanger that meant I just couldn't stop! And the climax was really exciting and made all that build up worth it.

I enjoyed this book even more than In Your Dreams so I can't wait to read the next book! If, like me, you've been waiting to read the sequel then wait no longer. You won't be disappointed!

Book two of In Your Dreams series.

I have received a free copy in change of an honest review of As You Wake by Amy Martin. I was like super excited about reading the book, but I was disappointed in reading the first few chapters. To be honest, I was going to gave up on reading it, but I kept telling myself, ‘patient Lolita, the book would be great. Just wait.”

The first 11 chapters were kinda boring, and I struggled until I got through them. Kieran didn’t make a total appearances until chapter 12, where things started to feel good, and the plot took off, and started to be interesting. Finally!

Again, the criminal past of Morgan and Jenna makes appearance. An amazing gorgeous criminal twist. An amazing kind of suspense and a whole kind of ideas are presented to me. Again I can’t express my liking to the whole idea of the crime, the drug, Kieran’s illness in simple words. It was certainly worth being patient in the boring moments, because what I read was a hell of a story.

Summary:

Frank wasn’t found in the car down the river. Kayla, Kieran, and Zip starts to worry about him going after Kieran or Zip once again. Kieran runs, and Zip follows him with Kayla. Everyone, Kayla’s parents and Zip’s parents gather in Jillian’s house ‘his aunt” and one more person, ‘Morgan’ Kieran’s biological father who helped Kieran to run away from home. Now everyone know the truth, one dark matter unfolds and Zip’s mom tells them that Frank isn’t alive and they have found his body. Morgan now on the good side to Kayla’s parents, for they knew the truth about saving both Zip and Kieran. Somewhere in the middle of this, Kieran tells Zip that his dreams stopped and he suspects that he was going to die.
Zip and Kieran meets a guy who hits on her and then acts weirdly when Kieran faces him. Zips sees the guy once again in her hometown and now it was either a crazy coincidence which can’t be. Or a stalker. They sit up a trap to know whether he was stalking Zip or Kieran and it turns out that he was after Kieran.
This guy ‘Cooper’ turns out to be Frank’s real son. He got information from him about the drugs in return for giving him his freedom causing the riot to get him out of bars. Copper has the same sleep disorder as Kieran and the same dreams which also stopped months ago. He says he was trying to get to Morgan because he wanted to show him a paper containing remains of the formula he found in his grandparents farm.
Morgan’s migraine developed only to lead to once forgotten memories. Finally, he remembers, and writes down the formal. And here where we are left in book two. : ( I want moooooooooooooore.

New characters on stage, like Cooper, Victor, Jillian, and Mitch ‘Zips dad.’

Morgan’s character makes a better appearances in this part of the book. He is awesome (exactly the ex- con’s character, the father, the smokier, the funny, sweet guy.) I know now from whom Kieran takes his charms :)

My rating is: four and half stars
Totally recommended.

As you wake is the second book of the series In Your Dreams by Amy Martin. And I as a reader am excited because I LOVED the first book! I mean, I was like 'Oh My Gosh I have got to read this thing!' excited. Yup, that me and my reactions but so much for that, and let's get on the review.

The characters are, once again and still, very much relatable. The story focus still are on your young couple Kieran and Zip. So they continue on their so called romantic development and is now on the stage (every true couple has one *wink wink) of insecurity and no it still doesn't have a third party or a love triangle.

Then it suddenly careens and shifts to other pair of the trio and becomes a Zip/Kayla fighting duo! And so everyone gets an award as best actresses and actor. (Though Kieran is, I think the best of them, able to keep the biggest baddest secret. think?).

And then angst build up and mystery ( compared to the first novel, this one's pretty high on the mystery factor). In fact it's wait the story is one of Kieran's hazy dreams, about as mysterious and as unreliable. As if you know the details but not the whole story and you have to wait until after a while after it happens and then you go back and say ' I've dreamt about that' or 'I know that already' and then feel like ' I'm such a dork! Why didn't I think of that!'

Overall, it's still ingenious. Haha. Even the signature style of clear and concise writing from the author is the same down to the use of disguised slight hesitancy of dialogue and slow churning of the plot. The characters have not changed. But there is the part that it is slower to rise than the first book. That, and the fact that the author just seemed a bit off with character reactions. As I've said its spoon fed and this time it's not as amusing anymore, more contributes to the fact that someone who falls asleep anytime anywhere is missing and the other two main characters are busy discussing their past experiences, college and boys. And then another shift of their attention to Kieran.

Basically, how confusing my review was is to how confusing (in the way of shifting of attention of the character :-)) the book is and pretty much the reaction would be 'oh my gosh! I totally wanna end it right but I can't but it's too slow but I wanna know what happens next but it's a bit boring and full of loops and twirls and bends and empty ends which just contribute to your be puzzlement.

Not recommended for those easily frustrated. Try it and read it slowly and let everything sink into your mind cause if you don't you'll suffer an apoplexy. Happy reading :)

Disclosure: I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

In this sequel to IN YOUR DREAMS we meet up with Zip McKee and Kieran Lanier right where they left off...grounded. And, that's okay. In fact, it's where I expected to find them. Pretty much that's the end of 'expectations being met', however, because the story far exceeded my already high expectations.

Sometimes I feel as if I know where a story will go, the subtle (or not-so-subtle) foreshadowing leading me exactly where I think the story must end. And, particularly in romance, that's acceptable. Expected, even. But, in reading AS YOU WAKE, I was led a merry chase by That Amy Martin! Kidnapped, as it were, and held hostage to a plot that continued to careen forward down unexpected paths.

Now, while the story moves forward, the main characters move in opposite directions--Zip to her Dad's and Kieran on a runaway adventure. Just when I thought we'd get a break from the tension good old Kayla tries to make it right, guilty she hadn't been more watchful at Prom. Of course, her idea reunites Kieran and Zip, but now the parental units are involved, and this is both good and bad. Good because the air clears between the two families, bad because it brings new problems to mix: stalker anyone? As the stalker issue gets resolved, we learn more about Kieran's medical history, and begin to hope that the end of his dream-vision doesn't portend the end of Kieran...

So....I'm a fan-girl. I eagerly await (notice I didn't say PATIENTLY!) the final conclusion of this trilogy. Thanks Ms. Amy Martin for upsetting my sleep patterns.

Lastly, can I say I love Zip just as much as Kieran? Is that allowed? IDK, but it's true. She is smart, thoughtful, and concerned about her future--qualities I would hope all teen girls would aspire to be. And, Kieran, he's the right mix of awkward teen male hormone angst. He's kind, and funny, and not pushy about the sex...though he's quietly desperate to have it, at least once. So as a couple they match desire with respect, and what better example could we hope for in YA fiction?

I would recommend this to all teen and YA readers.

It was great to see all of these characters again, and get to know more deeply those who seemed relatively inscrutable in Book 1 (e.g. Kayla and Morgan). I also appreciated that although not quite as much happens in this installment in terms of plot, we got to see a lot of loving familial and friendship interaction. Zip and Kieran's relationship is as strong as ever, but for an ultimately very minor bump, and this book allows Zip to rest on that while developing relationships with other people, and thinking about the future.

I didn't like this installment *quite* as much overall, though, because it tended to be slow. That same focus on familial relationships that I mostly appreciated also came off as too much padding at times. For example, it's nice to showcase healthy, realistic Mother-Daughter talk, but that talk is also pretty boring to read. There are also a lot of padded descriptions of what the characters are doing at any given moment. In one scene, Zip explains to Kieran and Kayla how best to access an area of the high school, via crossing over to campus from a teacher's yard. It has no bearing on events whatsoever. In another scene, Zip and Kieran are walking around a lively city area. Immersive descriptions of urban areas are generally wonderful, but we don't need to be told every single step that Zip and Kieran take. It makes it seem as though the author is trying to prove her geographic and spatial knowledge for her own sake, and not for the readers or characters. All of this stuff could have been tightened up with a more ruthless editorial hand, and it's a shame that it wasn't, because it kicked me out of the story a few times.

The last quarter or so brings some unexpected revelations and I'm truly looking forward to Book 3. I'm hoping it will bring back the pacing of Book 1, and that this "middle" book is just suffering from those padding problems not uncommon to middle-of-trilogy novels.

Talk about a thrill ride! My gosh does Amy Martin know how to write a thrilling page turner with endless cliffhangers. Every paragraph I read I just kept expecting something huge to happen, mainly something bad, I was so nervous throughout most of the first half of the book. She had me on the edge of my seat quite literally. Also, Ms. Martin has a talent for the cliffhanger at the end of a chapter. There were numerous times I said "I'll just read one more chapter then go to bed" only to come to the end of the chapter with my jaw wide open and a look of puzzlement on my face as my mind raced trying to figure out what was going to happen next. Needless to say I gave in and decided to stay up all night to finish it.

I just love this series. I love Zip and her budding romance with Kieran. And I love learning all the backstory about what makes him how he is. I'm also so stoked to learn Morgan is a good guy and has reformed his bad ways and wants to be in Kieran's life. It also warms my heart that Kayla and Zip are starting to form a bond. I actually really like Kayla.

There were parts that had me laughing out loud. It's mainly because of the sarcasm that drips from these people's lips, it is just genius. Kudos Amy Martin for having a brilliant mind for dialog. I mean Kayla and Zip are definitely my kind of people with the witty quips that come from them.

It was also neat to learn about Zip's dad and meet him. It was heartwarming that he had his own realization about needing to be more of a family man for his new family. Every character just seemed to grow so much in this book. It was great!

So much for the second book slump. This book was a home run. I absolutely cannot wait until the next one comes out which I hope is soon!!

* I received a copy of this book from the author, via Goodreads, in exchange for an honest review*

In this book, we meet back up with Zip, Kieran, and Kayla. Things have been going well since Prom, until somebody fishes a car out of the lake. A car that chased Zip and Keiran on Prom night, a car that supposed to have Frank Dozier's body in it...but doesn't.

Keiran has stopped having dreams, and he thinks that means he's going to die. Now with Frank being unaccounted for, Keiran's more nervous than ever. So nervous, in fact, that he skips town and tells nobody where he's going. Kayla has her suspicions, so she hatches a plan to "kidnap" Zip from her dad's (where she's gone to stay for the summer), and head out to look for Keiran on her own. Little does she know she's not the only with a plan...

The first few chapters of this book were hard for me to get in to, but eventually those kinks worked themselves out and I was able to enjoy the rest of the book. We are introduced to Cooper, Frank Dozier's son, who has had the same episodes as Kieran his entire life. Now, Cooper is asking Keiran for his help in finding a cure.

What will the third installment of this series hold for us? I'm not sure, but if Amy Martin remains true to her style, I'm sure it will be one heck of an exciting ride!

This is the second book in a series about Zip McKee and her sleep afflicted boyfriend, Kieran Lanier. The first book reveals that, unbeknownst to him, Kieran's background contains dark characters that have already placed them in harm's way once.

Now, it is possible some of that past is coming back to haunt Kieran, Zip and the Laniers again. Kieran is upset with his family for keeping from him the truth of his past, and once again that past reaches out for him.

I liked this story, but it seemed slower than the last one. There is some suspenseful build-up and mystery as to what has happened to Kieran and, of course, Zip gets into more trouble; however, the story seemed to be more of a story builder in between stories one and three than I would have liked. There were some good twists that came up, but I kept expecting them to be twistier than they were and that didn't happen in this one. I love the characters and the direction the story is going, so I will certainly continue to read them as Ms. Martin writes them.

I was provided a free copy of this novel in exchange for an honest review.

Note: i received this book for free in exchange for a review.

I like the fact that the characters of Morgan and Kayla are build further. They were a bit 'flat' in book 1. Now i felt more connected to all characters. The storyline is fluent and consistent. The story reads fast. I like the way Amy Martin writes. This book has less suspense as book one, but now i was more into the story because of the more lively and understandable characters.

I didn't find any spelling/grammar mistakes.
I'm wondering if there's going to be a third book. It ends quite abrubt with a cliffhanger, but the story is still complete. So no frustrating holes left!

Book 2 as good as book 1 with much more intrigue and drama entailed with a little twist. Thoroughly enjoyed reading book 2 which adds new and interesting characters such as Cooper, Jilly and Victor to the storyline. Now for book 3.

Danger is coming again for zip and kerian as big life changing ecrets are revealed from kerian which will affect their relationship. A new character is introduced who may or may not be able to be trusted. Kayla is given more page time and we learn more about her and her emotions/relationships and with tensions high who knows what could happen.

If you saw my review of In Your Dreams earlier this year you will know that I really enjoyed the book and was super excited to read this one. I can honestly say that I loved this one even more than the first and am now anxiously awaiting the third book. The ending that this book left off on had me wishing the next book was out.

I found the plot to be even more exciting in this one and I thought that would be hard to accomplish after the ending of In Your Dreams. It happened though and this one completely exceeded my expectations. I also found the characters to be even more fleshed out in this installment.

I still loved Zip, she's still the same funny girl who we were introduced to in the previous book and she really is becoming one of my favorite characters. Kieran is still the same lovable guy, but this time he's dealing with issues that are effecting his happy disposition. Kayla is the character that really surprised me in this one. You never really find out too much about her in the first book but a lot of things are revealed about her in this one and you really start to feel for her. She's sarcastic and witty and completely protective of her older brother. The newest character Cooper is the one I actually didn't like. He may have had the same sleeping disorder as Kieran but he was the complete opposite. I found him to be annoying and egotistical and he just gave me some weird vibes. I can't wait to see where things lead to with him in the next book.

If you like stories that don't include the supernatural plots that a lot of YA books contain, then you should definitely check this one out. The characters are so real and relatable and the issues that they deal with really make you feel for them. Plus there aren't too many YA books out there that deal with sleeping disorders.

Amy Martin is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors and I can't wait to see where she takes this story next and any other works she comes out with in the future.

This copy was received from the author for review purposes and did not effect my opinions in any way. The opinions expressed in this review were mine alone.

NEED THE THIRD ONE NOW.

So many things that comes to my mind when I remember this book.
I started this book because I loved the first so badly that I wasn't expecting so much, usually they dissapoint you; but not this one.
I really can't find a word to describe this book, maybe I can call it surprising. At the beginning I was like, ok, ah.. meh... uhm... Kieran... and then some random stuffs happened and all the first book made sense.
Basically I didn't see more story of this book but you never know until you read this.

Let's start with the characters.

At the beginning I REALLY WANT to kill Zip, I mean, if my boyfriend did that to me I will kick his ass.
Kieran, yeap, he still being my boyfriend forever, ...Amy Martin owes me one. He is so cute all being all "I'm so old now I can do everything"
Kayla & Brad, they are just perfect for me, and if the author don't let them be happy I'm going to be SO MAD, besides she is a little bit tooooo crazy.
Ant then there is Cooper Halloran... I think I have another boyfriend, he is cute & bad & cute & mine and it makes me crazy not knowing if he is a good or a bad one.
Actually I got some feelings for Morgan...

The story
I totally surprise for me and it has some funny parts. I love the adventures and the way that everything fits. The end makes me almost threw my Kindle, not fair. The sex part... is so funny because it's representing the real teenagers.

So yeah, everyone need to read this so you can understand why I love Kieran & Cooper, actually I like them as a couple.

After finishing the first book in the series, I bought this one right away because I was eager to see where the characters would go next.

Sadly, I found this book very disappointing. All of the tension of the story vanished around the midpoint. And up until the midpoint, there was little more than what was mentioned in the blurb. I skimmed from about 60%-80%, when it finally looked like something interesting was about to happen, but no, that resolved very quickly and anti-climatically as well. Skimmed some more to the end, and finally something interesting -- the books ends on a cliffhanger. Which, at this point, just annoyed me.

There weren't worthy consequences to the characters' actions, and so much of the book just felt like it was a single character giving a monologue to explain things that happened in the past. Having just read a long scene of that at the end of book 1, multiple of those scenes in book 2 was monotonous. The entire book seemed like filler just to get to the cliffhanger at the end, and because there's really no climatic scene at the end, it just feels like the author reached a certain page count and said, "Okay, ending on the cliffhanger here!"

At the end of book 1, I was invested in the characters and wanted to see what happened next to them and how they were going to eventually reach their HEA. But after book 2, I don't think I'm going to finish the series. :-(

I got this book from the author, free of cost, in exchange of an honest review from my side.

Firstly I would like to thank Amy Martin, author of As You Wake, for giving me this opportunity of reading and reviewing this fabulous book.

I really loved this book more than book 1. Here we find Kieran and Zip to face new dangers and a stalker who has ulterior motives and there is a secret behind the abrupt stopping of Kieran’s visions. Here is more action and the romantic relationship strengthens in this sequel which touched my heart. Zip developed remarkably and I loved her in this sequel. The mystery regarding the stalker kept me hooked to the story and I became anxious in finding out the end but as usual the author gave us a huge shock, that is a big cliff-hanger but I’m anxiously waiting for book 3 and hope that I’ll love it as well.

Like book 1 I felt the author’s writing style very comfy and I instantly got attached to the story and the characters as well and became a part of the entire plot. I liked the ending very much and it was a surprise to me because I didn't see it coming. Over all a great read and would recommend it to all of you who want to have a fantastic time enjoying it.

for her father's place in Chicago for the holiday as it had been over the years ever since her parents divorced, Kieran decided to run away from home. despite Zip's effort to do everything she could to escape from the trip in searching for her boyfriend, her mother was determined to follow the rules set years ago. however, the adults' plan didn't go according to plan when Kayla decided to "kidnap" Zip from Zip's father and drove themselves all the way to North Carolina, where Kieran's journal showed he would be.

I received free e-books from the author in exchange for reviews. I dove into the book with high expectations and was greeted with a somewhat distracting graduation. fortunately, after the slight drag, I was pleased to have the chance to spend time with my two favorite characters, Zip and Kayla. the road trip was such a feast, with delicious back stories especially about Kayla that I looked forward so much during the read of book one. definitely much more appealing than the repetitive parental talks Zip had with her parents. I didn’t enjoy the increased number of people having conditions like Kieran, but am still intrigued with the direction the story was going to take for its next installment.

I received this book from LibraryThing via Member Giveaways. This is the second book in the series. You could read this one first (which is what I did) but I think it would be helpful to read them in order. There were a few times that I wished I knew what had happened previously so I could better understand what the characters were talking about.
The story starts with a group of friends trying to get through the aftermath of some trouble that was caused by someone from their father’s past. Kieran starts acting weird around his girlfriend, Zip, before he goes missing. He leaves a note, but does not let Zip or his sister Kayla know any of his plans. There is a lot of tension between Zip and her parents over her boyfriend, they are worried she is throwing away her future by being with him, and his disappearance does not help things. Although worried about Kieran, she resigns herself to a month at her dad’s until. Kayla, however, changes her plans.
This is an interesting book! Lots of different twists and turns!

*I got this book for an honest review from the author*

Amy Martin, this is another well written book! It's more mysterious this time. Kieran has ran away from home a Kalya and Zip to after him. And they discover the secrets that Kieran was holding from them. He thinks that Frank is still alive trying to hunt him down, but they figure out some else. Something they thought would only exist in Kieran.
I really enjoyed the first book and this one I enjoyed as much!!! I like the relationship that is building up between Kieran and his real father, Morgan. And of course Zip and Kieran ( they're so cute together) Also, Kayla and Zip become more closer, I really liked that Kayla is beginning to get somewhat of a normal life again. The ending, OH MY GOD!! I want the third book RIGHT NOW haha. I absolutely cannot WAIT for the next book of the series. Well done!

WoW! I would say that this book got me so bad!!! In your dreams was really good, but As You Wake was Amaaaaaaaaazing!
As you wake gives you a lot of action and tension! Every page got me so curious of what's going to happen next. It was a roller coaster ride for me. I kept holding on to the story. I loved Kieran and Zip better here. Ughhhh! Now I can't get over this book :D

I would like to thank Amy for giving me the opportunity to read her book and giving me characters to love :D

I received this book as a read to review and really enjoyed it.

Now that Kieran knows the truth about his past he takes off without telling anyone. Zip ends up going to her fathers for a month not knowing where Kieran is until Kayla, his sister, shows up and kidnaps her. Now everyone knows the secret that Kieran's parents have been keeping. Things quite down and somewhat go back to normal until Zip notices she is being stalked.

The twists and turns kept my face glued to the book.

Wow! Loved this book! Seeing more of who Morgan is makes me feel for him. All of the characters in this book were more real than they were in the first book (maybe because I was getting to know them as I read along).

Cooper was a surprise! Didn't see him coming!

Can't wait for the next book! (if there is one coming out soon - hint-hint)

I'm still curious about who Frank really was and about why the dreams stopped.

I enjoyed the second instalment, how everyone tied in together. How Morgan has become part of the family. The unexpected addition towards the end, is he stalking them? When they thought their problems were over? Loved the explanations and the twists and turns. The continued relationship between Kieran and Zip is lovely and the talk between Zip and her parents was inspiring and something that I need to remember for when my kids reach this point in their lives.

School's out for the summer. Zip is headed to her dad's for a month much to her devastation. She and Kieran are in love and they don't want to be apart. But Kieran is off to North Carolina to look for answers about his birth parents. Kieran is also worried because his premonitions have suddenly stopped. What does it mean?

Another cliffy and a lot of questions still unanswered but a new character was introduced that has a lot in common with Kieran so it's getting interesting.

Eep!!
I really enjoyed the sequel to In Your Dreams.
We really get to see the characters develop more in this one, and even discover a new character.
And oh my God that ending!!
Killer.
