I've read this book 3 times and I'm still amazed at the attention to detail that it breaks each part of the bench press into. i also enjoy that it gives the results from each of the studies that were done to give you proof that the training does work. My favorite part is the different bench press techniques you can use to break through barriers for instance using chains, boards, and bands to conquer sticking points.

great knowledge and information from the best

A lot of the information given is very specific and might not be necessary for beginners (I’d consider myself beginner strength level on bench) but I still learned a lot from it. It doesn’t give you a program, instead it teaches you the foundations of what you need to tailor it to yourself and whichever program you follow, be that conjugate, 5/3/1, cube, etc.
