This book is about soul-winning or evangelism. The title of the book is taken from the record in the book of Acts of how an angel came and instructed Philip to go to a desert place. He obeyed this instruction, and when he got there was an Ethiopian enunuch, who was a court official and in charge of the queen's treasure. The Spirit of God, said, "Go up and join this chariot." Philip then shares the Gospel with this eunuch and he believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and is baptized. If I remember correctly, the author says that chariots are different vehicles that God has placed in your life to be His witness.

The author shares how God has given us power through His Spirit to be Christ's witness. He says, "The gospel will bring a man out of poverty and sickness. If only we can get that gospel out, it can change the whole world. This is what the gospel can do. It changes and affects the lives of people forever. You must become convinced that the gospel of Christ is God's only saving power."

This book is intended to motivate the believer to win souls for the Kingdom of God. It shows us how signs and wonders will follow this preaching, as you are faithful doing this, not with your fellow Christians, but with a lost and dying world, whom satan has bound and blinded. To transfer lost souls from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of light.
