I have to say I really enjoy this book and it has given me new perspective into leadership.
At the beginning I thought it was very religious book and almost decided to give up on reading but decided to continue and really enjoyed many biblical examples of Leadership. It is religious book and tells you how to be a good leader in ministry but you can transfer this knowledge into organisational life and business.
