This book provides a lot of insight into pregnancy & it's very spiritual aspects. The author does a great job of providing some technical/medical information along with a lot of spiritual information relating to many different cultures & belief systems. It has a lot of inspirational information that encourages pregnant women on this journey. I took my time with this book reading about each trimester as I entered each. I enjoyed this book very much & would recommend it to any pregnant woman that wants to explore pregnancy through a spiritual aspect.
