I feel I would’ve given this book a higher review if I read it back in the early 2010’s when it was written!

The intention of this book was great, and I truly believe Megan seems like a knowledgeable person with a passion to empower other individuals and companies

What didn’t hit the mark for me was the comments on when others slipped up - like wearing a see-through shirt or not bringing pen and paper to a mentoring session, that “Made me not want to even open my mouth.” This wouldn’t have been so jarring if it wasn’t sandwiched between talking about respect and empathy. I get it, those aren’t the professional looks or approach that is recommended and it is frowned upon, but the way that it was written was very degrading and disempowering.

I also didn’t love how it was focused solely on office jobs - which again, I understand, is Megan’s experience and world. But as a nurse, a lot of the references and examples weren’t relevant even if the themes were transferable

I really tried to stick it out, but nothing was new for me. It definitely had some great reminders which were nice but not game-changing for me, personally

This book encompasses many different areas of a busy woman's life and I bought it as I was about to enter motherhood and wanted some good practical advice about how to live my life to the fullest (whilst remaining realistic). This book was packed full of practical advice and the author also featured other successful women's tips/techniques too which was beneficial (for a broader perspective).

I will no doubt dip into this book when trying to fine-tune particular areas of my life.

I absolutely love this book and return to much loved chapters often as reminders when I feel like I am slipping back into the chaos hole!!! I so recommend this to any woman who thinks she has do it all ( so often that's me!) as a reminder that its not so easy and we shouldn't put so much pressure on ourselves. Love it.

Got this book as a christmas present from kikki k with the limited edition cover (a lot cooler than this blue one!). Great book! Definitely had some helpful tips, all about lifestyle, wellbeing, career, etc. Only thing was the hokey pokey bits about meditation and buddha, I don't believe in that, but as they say "take the meat and leave the bones."

I found this book when I was in the mids of running myself into the ground. I thought it was particularly helpful, really easy to read and refreshing. Megan shares a lot of life-managing techniques, which I found inspiring.

Wow a must read for all women. Perfectly written and very real. If only it existed 10 years ago however I'm glad I found it now! Well it found me when I won it in a wellness pack! Meant to be I guess
