Very well laid out curriculum for teaching mindful self-compassion to groups with a good overview of the theory. My group loved the exercises and meditations and I found the background information to be very helpful for facilitating.

Excellent material! Helpful information for building knowledge and helpful guidance for teaching that knowledge to others.

Self-compassion is something that has resonated with me in my own personal work and my work as a counselor to others. I've seen clients relax and feel a moment of peace following these exercises or similar.

I will definitely continue to incorporate self-compassion into my personal and professional life.
