Mi humilde opinión:

Romance navideño, atracción instantánea gruñón+chica curvy alegre, enamorada del vecino, pueblo pequeño.

La historia de amor de Hailey y Adrian fue linda! Me encantó que ella no se diera por vencida con él. Hayley era una mujer que fue por lo que quería con moño y todo para conquistar al caliente vecino gruñón. Me encantó cómo le devuelve el amor por la navidad y el detalle de los adornos para el árbol al final del libro fue adorable.

Todo se movió rápido entre ellos pero yo estaba con una sonrisa porque así es la magia de la temporada y Snowflake Falls tiene mucha. La verdad me gustaría visitar el pueblo y el taller de santa para conocer a las amigas de Hailey y por supuesto probar los famosos cupcakes!

This was a fun grumpy/sunshine romance that hit just right for the holiday season. Adrian is rather bah-humbug about the holidays, recalling how stressful and unhappy the holidays were for his parents, and by extension, him. Hailey, his neighbour, loves all things Christmas and is thrilled to literally run into him to get her chance to break through his walls ;) A little seduction later and these two both realize they had more than just chemistry. Will his stubbornness hold him back from his own HEA? I loved reading along to see how their romance would unfold :D

I completely fell in love with this book! Adrian hates all things Christmas - with the exception of his curvy neighbor, Hailey. She adores Christmas and goes all out for the holiday. Hailey is able to rope Adrian into a few Christmas things but he only does so grudgingly. They soon realize that their chemistry is HOT!
I loved how bold Hailey forced herself to be because she was so attracted to Adrian. He is the grump in desperate need of some sunshine and Hailey fits the part perfectly! This author did a fantastic job bringing these two together.
A must read for the holidays!.

This is a sweet and steamy story of a Christmas Elf and the grump next door. Hailey just loves Christmas, she is preparing for the apartment building's party. She and Adrian run into one another when she is coming back from the bakery. The more she gets to know Adrian, she comes to understand his dislike of the holiday comes from something in his childhood.

This is the first book in the Snowflake Falls: Naughty Elves series. Hailey is shaking things up this year and she's determined her hot, grumpy next door neighbor will help her. Hailey is all about Christmas and cupcakes, she's friendly and caring. Adrian hates Christmas and avoids it all. He's attracted to Hailey but avoids her knowing he's not the right guy for Christmas loving Hailey. Their story is a short and steamy, grumpy/sunshine Christmas romance. Looking forward to reading Honey's story next.

Loving Christmas all over again! This is about Hailey and Adrian. Hailey loves cupcakes – that is her catnip! Adrian doesn’t like Christmas as his memories of it had more to do with fights and everything is perfect except when he was with his grandparents. Hailey is Adrian’s neighbor, and she realizes that he avoids everything Christmas. But she is determined to change his mind about the holiday as she loves it! Can she change his mind?.

This was a cute grumpy sunshine romance with a lot of Christmas spirit. It was a short story with a good pace and a simple but sweet storyline. Adrian and Hailey had a very different take on Christmas but sometimes different isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I liked the story and totally got a craving for cupcakes.

Adrian and Hailey were neighbours. Both liked the other but were completely opposites. Hailey was fun and full of Christmas cheer. Adrian hated anything Christmas. An accident with some cupcakes sees their worlds collide and both are smitten. Sweet, steamy, fun romance with amazing chemistry, a loving, grumpy hero and a wonderful HEA.

Hailey and Adrian's journey of love is a sweet and steamy one. Adrian doesn't have good memories of the Holidays and Hailey has great memories and loves the Holidays. I loved how determined she was to make Adrian's holidays brighter. This is a fun read that will put the reader in the Holiday spirit. Cupcake is book one in the Snowflake Falls: Naughty Elves series and I can't wait to read the next book. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Adrian is one of those people who dislikes Christmas time, for his own reasons. Hailey is the complete opposite and loves everything it stands for. These two spend some time together, thanks to naughty elves, and the sparks between them could light all the twinkle lights in Snowflake Falls. I enjoyed both of the characters and their love story

A very short read, which I liked since it’s meant to be a series that kinda all flows together with short novellas that tie together.

I thought I wouldn’t like the changing POV but I did!

Loved Adrian & Hailey’s story. Just wish it was fleshed out a little more. Seemed to go a little too quickly - just a few weeks of knowing each other and he proposes? And it seemed kinda lust at first sight and they didn’t know much about each other.

Loved this storyline of good girl going bad for one night. Enjoyed the grumpy main character and the sun always shining female character. Liked how well they blend together, learning there is more to Christmas than commercialism and bringing back the family togetherness.

What a sweet, sexy story! Take one Christmas Elf whose full of Sunshine and one grump who doesn't like Christmas, stir in a little cupcake mishap and you get magic! Well, at least Piper Cook does. Welcome to Snowflake Falls and the naughty elves! What a great beginning to what promises to be a very fun series. Piper mixes wonderful characters with fun, happy stories and come up with insta-love that is hard to beat. This one was a couple of hours of Christmas cheer that left me feeling good. I loved it.
