Contrary to popular belief, vaginal fisting does not equal shoving a fist right up into an unaroused vagina. That would be wrong. That would hurt. That would not be erotic. Vaginal fisting is a gradual process requiring a lot of lube.

This book tells you everything you need to know in order to put your whole hand into a woman's vagina or how to take a hand into your vagina. It's possible, and a lot of women think pleasurable.

If you are or want to be into vaginal fisting, this is the book for you.

It is a book that is unnecessary, it is much more fun figuring this out by braille. Common sense is the teacher. The book is a quick fun read. It is worth it even if this is something you are involved in.

"Woman cannot live on fisting alone," says the author in her delightful and quirky preface, but this book certainly makes me want to try! I've read a lot of how-to sex books, and rarely do I encounter such vivacious language combined with cool-headed and clear instructions. The book is poetic, the writer clearly knows and loves her subject, and the overall effect is inspiring and arousing.

I would honestly give it 0 stars..I really learned nothing from this book. The only thing it seemed to stress was to use lube..which to me is a no brainier if you are going to shove your fist into an orifice. I read it because of my job, and let's just say it didn't help much. Thumbs down.
