A well written and researched history of Dunoon Pier and it's the steamer companies and their vessels which have used it over the years.
The Chapter on the "Sunday Breaker" is a fascinating local history in itself. One of the best books I have read on Clyde Steamers.
Well chosen selection of illustrations.
Ian McCrorie certainly knows his Steamers! ;-)
