Mercenary Frank Humbolt takes on one last job: to capture a rebel leader deep in the heart of Africa. Only he hasn't anticipated the local wildlife.
A group of rogue elephants, seemingly angered by years of poaching, are wreaking revenge and bringing wanton destruction to the region. Humbolt and his team soon find themselves hunted by both men and beasts.
To get out alive, Humbolt has to rely on a young zoologist for help, while the fate of an entire nation hinges on his very survival.

I found this book to be very interesting. It is worth the read. It could use a little more editing and I wish more time had been spent on the unusual behavior of the elephants. The ending makes this worth the read.
Really enjoyed the language in this book, the quips in amongst the drama, the twofold of man made battles concurrently running with the nature battles, an unexpected ended....
