This was a most disappointing book. The author sought to explain unfamiliar ingredients without photos. There were typos and no nutritional information. A photo of the finished tapas would have been helpful. Understanding what some of the unusual ingredients were would have helped. All the ingredients were given in metric.

There were so many problems with the recipes that I just dumped the book. When someone offers a new cuisine, the author should spend more time explaining (and showing photos) of unusual foods and methods of cooking.
