I’m a fun-loving, down-to-earth kind of chick who loves to laugh, smile, and have a good time. Born in Allentown, Pennsylvania in September 1979, I’m a true East Coast girl who loves the mountains and the beach. In Spring 2012, I became an avid reader and since have read over 300 books ranging across genres, primarily focused on romance and paranormal. Simply put, reading is my escape, a way for me to turn off the outside world and get lost in a new one. I’ve found a true love in reading and writing, and I never imagined I’d be where I am today. When I started writing my first novel in June 2013, I was anxious to see where my journey would take me. Becoming an author has been a dream come true. This is more than just a hobby for me, it’s my passion!!

Touch Me is the story of Char and Riley.

Char has a great job, awesome parents, a sister who drives her crazy- but she loves dearly, and a best friend named Derrick. She’s got it all. Except a man. The last one she had broke her trust and treated her poorly. She would rather be single than go through that again.

Riley just moved to Boston because of some family/job issues. Luckily, he finds an ad on Craigs list to room with a guy named Derrick that seems pretty cool. Derrick and Riley hit it off right away. Riley lands a good job. Things are looking up for him.

Riley and Char’s first meeting is not one you will forget. It’s pretty comical. The more time the two of them start to spend together, the more they both start developing strong feelings towards one another. It is scary for Char... after all she went thorough, she didn’t think she would ever feel like this again.
He gives me this feeling. A feeling I thought I would never have again.

Char is scared at first. Riley is determined.
“Just give this a chance. Give us a chance and I will do whatever I can to make you happy.”

Riley really means that. He knows that Char is special. He wants her.

Char and Riley’s relationship moved fairly fast. They fall hard. Their relationship is fun, sweet, and carefree for the most part. They seem solid, but when someone from each of their pasts pop into the picture, and one of their situations change drastically, will they be able to find a way to make their relationship work?

What I liked:
~RILEY... yum! Charming, sweet, and sexy! I adored him. The baseball/love reference he gave Char was adorable.
~Derrick- For some reason, I really like it when the female lead has a totally platonic male best friend. Derrick loves Char like a sister, and is always there for her. I’m glad to hear he will be the main guy in book 2.
~Char- lets hear it for a not whiney or annoying heroine! yay!
~The bathtub scene. Enough said.
~Dual p.o.v’s... my favorite.
~How the main characters met. It was sweet and funny. The phone call, the mini-mart run in.
~This book made me smile. :D

Things that didn’t work for me:
~ Insta-love... Rarely does it work for me. It’s romantic and can be really great, but I prefer a slow burn. A build up. It was lacking in that department, but that may just be my preference.
~The lack of contractions. There was an excessive amount of ‘I am’, ‘does not’, ‘were not’, ‘I will’ etc. I know it doesn’t bother a lot of people, but it was a bit distracting in the beginning to me.
~The ending... although I enjoyed the ending, it did feel a little rushed to me. There were things that I would have liked to see happen that didn’t really come up. The epilogue was nice, but I wanted more!

This was an enjoyable read for me. A good debut novel from an new author with a lot of potential. I look forward to reading book 2 in this series.

Clearly I am in the minority given all the 4 and 5 star reviews.

I found the characters to be immature and two-dimentional.

I found the overall writing lacked a lot of depth.

That's really as simple as I can say it.

After reading about many alpha male/dominating/hard-core heroes, my mind was just aching for a sweet romance, and this book was definitely that and more! For a debut novel, T.H. Snyder has done a beautiful job of introducing two characters, both deeply hurt from haunting memories of their past, who are just destined to meet and fall in love with each other.

Char is absolutely amazing. Despite her charming personality and sweetness, she is a woman with backbone. She is insecure and has trust issues, and after reading about her sorry excuse for a boyfriend (now ex) I don't blame her one bit. It was only a matter of time before she met someone who would truly love her, someone who is her match, and that person was Riley.

Another aspect I loved was the dual POVs. This trend is getting popular in books these days, and there's a good reason for it. I just love being able to dig into both the hero and heroine's heads to see what their thinking, what their feeling. In this case, being able to read about both sides of this story was a plus and definitely added more to the context of the book.

Overall, this book was a truly enjoyable read! Don't expect it to be too angsty or stir your wild emotions, making you want to hurdle your e-reader. If you are looking for a beautifully well-written story with a sweet romance then this is the book for you!

Author provided arc for honest review.

This is a book told from dual points of view.

It is a story of Char- Who had to move back to Boston because of unforeseen reasons. She has a sister who drives her nuts. She loves her sister to pieces, but has always been in her sisters shadow. Her sister has a boyfriend named Derrick. Derrick and her sister have been together forever and Derrick always is there for Char. So naturally Derrick ends up being Char's best friend. She has a closed off heart because of her last relationship. Which ended badly because she found him sleeping with her best friend.

It is also a story of Riley- Riley is just moving to Boston. He was lucky to find a room for rent on Craigslist. He is a handyman with a dog and a big heart.

Riley and Char have a very funny first meeting in the grocery store.

They have a lot of run-ins with each other when they aren't expected.

Of course I have to give this book a SMASHING 5 STARS because it is my baby.

I have read hundreds of books over the past few years and I wanted to write a series that included everything I enjoy in a book.

Touch Me tells a dual POV story of chance meetings, DRAMA, a quick paced love, and HOT n STEAMY scenes.

The main characters have similar personalities as I do and that is why I LOVE them so much!!!

Char is a focused and driven career woman who's had a relationship she would rather choose to forget, but can't. Riley is a pure gentleman who can easily leave the past where it belongs, behind him.

Some people believe in fate where others deem it a coincidence. Char and Riley are meant to be together, so life just happens to make sure they are in the right place at the right time.

*4.5 STARS*

Such a sweet and lovely storyline.
The main two characters, Char and Riley are two very compatible characters. Their love for each other was very evident right from their explosive start.
I need to show my appreciation to the author T.H Snyder for not making the male lead a man-whore billionaire who's a know it all control freak. Riley was a genuinely nice bloke and sort a genuinely nice woman for his own HEA.
Char had a moment where she had some insecurities about herself, but thankfully that only lasted for a very small amount of time and she realised her true worth quickly.
The secondary characters held a lot of importance in this book, and I have to say I found them ALL very intriguing and hope we see more of them.
The story is very nicely written and the love Char and Riley have is easily transferred into words and actions throughout the book.
Touch Me had a small amount of angst, a lot of romance and characters totally into each other, so if you are into a beautiful and sweet HEA then this should be at the top of your TBR list!
Congratulations TH Snyder on an awesome debut novel. I'm definitely looking forward to any future work you have to offer.

I received an ARC from the author for an honest review.

I really enjoyed this story of Char and Riley. It’s a nice love story that was an easy light read that sometimes you need in all the books we read that are dark and twisted. There is nothing wrong with having a good old fashioned love story to make you believe in love. The book is a duel POV with each chapter being in both Char and Riley POV. The author really does a great job keeping the POV in line and the story flowing back and forth between the two.

We start out with Char just coming out of a bad relationship and Riley moving to Boston to start fresh after his parents tragically pass away. They first meet unexpectedly at a news stand and then again after Riley answers a Craig’s List add for a roommate this is from Char’s best friend and her sister’s boyfriend Derrick. It’s like fate keeps bringing them together. They have an instant connection but since Char just came out of a bad relationship she is not sure if she is ready to start another.

Riley is the good guy we all want to have around. He’s got that southern charm that makes all girls swoon and the rugged good looks that go with it. After moving in with Derrick, he starts looking for a job and lands one with a construction company that unknowing to him is Char’s fathers company. Again fate brings him and Char together. He is instantly drawn to Char and falls hard and fast for her.

Can Char look pass her past relationships and start something new with Riley or does she reject him and keep him as just friends. Can Riley convince her that since fate keeps bringing them together they are meant to be? You will need to get the book to find out.

Touch Me tells a story in Dual POV. A chance meeting, drama, love, and hot and steamy scene’s.

Meet Char & Riley….

Char is focused, she has a great job, a woman who had a relationship end badly and since then she has focused solely on her Job. She has a great sister, parents who are awesome and she is best friends with her sister’s BF Derrick who loves her like a sister.
Riley Moved to Boston after some family issues and finds an add for a roommate and moves in with Derrick. Derrick and Riley hit it off great.

Char and Riley have a funny first encounter. Then they see each other again at Derricks when Char goes over to meet the new roommate and cook dinner for the two of them. Once again realization strikes and it is a funny encounter.

As Char and Riley live life they start to run into each other very often. As they get to know each other as friends , They start to have feelings for each other.

Char is scared, Riley is Persistent and wants a chance.

“Just give this a chance. Give us a chance and I will do whatever I can to make you happy.”

From here their relationship seems to move forward pretty fast. They are a sweet, fun, loving couple.

Once something from one of their pasts comes forward , can they work together to get through it and come out on the top still intact with their relationship?

This was a sweet, fun read. I wish it had been longer, but I also know we will be getting more from T.H. and the other characters from the story, so I am hoping we will see more from Char and Riley in upcoming books.

I would first like to give thanks to T.H Snyder for making me a part of her ARC team for an honest review, and second congrats on your debut novel. I just fell in love with it and the characters in this book. You can just relate to them in so many different ways, from a broken heart from a true love, to a death in a family, to family drama.
I fell in love with the two main characters Char and Riley right away. Char is not looking for anyone to come into her life. She is still trying to mend a broken heart that has left her to want to stay away from that ever happening again. Until one day a good looking guys Crosses her path in a grocery store and they don't hit it off right away. Without giving to much away Riley and Char never saw coming.
They fall for each other hard and quick. But right from the start you can tell that it is true love. They will both have some struggles to get through from their past, but a love like that they can get through anything.
Char's best friend Derrick is dating Chloe Char's older sister they both help each other when Chloe up and leaves. Trying to find herself.
I can't wait to see what happens with Char and Riley will there love last. And to see what Derrick is going to go with Chloe, book two can't come soon enough. Thank you again

I loved this book and highly recommend it.

When you read a book and fall in love or hate with characters you know that the author did a good job connecting with you. This was a book that I wanted to keep reading more of.

Since Touch me is written in both Char and Riley's perspective you have a really good understanding of their relationship. I think this helped make me fall in love with these two.
There are supporting characters in this book and they are very well developed.
Great job TH Snyder. I love this book and can't wait to see this couple grow and see the other characters stories come alive. Hint hint, keep Char and Riley's story going on!

I applaud this author for not writing a cliche book. This is are real relationship that someone would start and the end is not a Cliff Hanger. The story ends in this book but you want more.

** I will write a spoiler review when the book comes out!

A fantastic love story!

This is a story of two people who each came from a different situation. Through heartbreak and family devastation Char and Riley cross each other's paths in more ways than one.

Riley has worked hard to get everything ripped away from him. When he decides to move away and get a fresh start he runs into a beautiful Char. So they may not start off all sweet and charming but they definitely have a connection!

Char focuses on her work and dealing with her sister's boyfriend. She does not do relationships after having a disasterous one. But can Riley show her that not all men are the same?

The book shows how one touch can mean so much and be more powerful than one could ever imagine.

One touch that's all it takes!

Great story with a great ending!!! :)

Loved it!!!

I was fortunate to be a beta-reader of an ARC of this book and this is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The story is sooo good! I started reading it and could not put it down until I finished it! I lost myself in the story so much that I had to go back and re-read to check for edits. I loved it just as much the second time through! It is one of those romance stories that grabs you and keeps you reading! The characters are well developed, the story line is captivating, and for all of you who hate cliffhangers, there is none!! I highly recommend this book when it is published!!

This was an absolute romantic blast to read. Char is the type of female lead character that you can't help but fall in love with. And Riley, well Riley just be fine as hell, lol. With the scars of a broken heart keeping her guard up is like second nature to Char. And with her BFF being her selfish ass sisters 'waiting in the wings boyfriend' Derrick she is not without a male influence in her life. So when Riley comes flying into her life like a bat out of hell calling her crazy mart bitch she is not only surprised and thrown off she is intrigued and feeling the butterflies again only stronger than she EVER has before. Riley has had his fair share of short term romances and relationships but he'll be damned if this Char chick isn't only getting under his skin but she's creeping into places that is uncharted territory for Riley. He can't, nor does he want to explain or try to figure out what is going on between him and Char, He just wants it, and he wants it now.
This was such a sweet, lovely story to read. No angst, no grittiness, no harsh in your face wincing ugliness. It was like a nice spring morning stroll through the park with a rainbow in the sky, it was *sighs* the sweetest, most peaceful romantic story I've read in quite a while. I mean honestly the only bitch I felt the urge to shank with my shiv was Chloe, Char's seld absorbed sister and she lived on the opposite end of America, so that's good, no one got shanked ;)
With sweetness that makes you say awwww, and passion that makes you think awe hell yeah, Char and Riley's story is the perfect antidote for a rainy day, or down and out depressed feelings. Loved it! Touch Me gets 4-rainy day romantic read-Kimmi Stars ★★★★

Touch Me is T.H. Synder's debut novel. I really enjoyed the story and fell in love with the characters. This is a steamy 4 star read!

Char (Charlotte Jayde Taylor) has put her life back together after dating Mr. All Wrong. The last thing Char is looking for is a relationship.

Riley Kincaid recently moved to Boston. He is starting over after suddenly loosing his parents and having the family business pulled out from under him. Riley becomes fast friends with his new roommate Derrick who just so happens to be best friends with Char.

After a few chance meetings, Riley and Char realize they can no longer fight the undeniable attraction. Their romance is sweet and progresses very fast.

"Char, ever since I laid eyes on you I wanted you to be mine. I know we've had a few awkward moments, but I would not take back the last two weeks of my life for the world. You really are something special to me."

Life appears to be perfect. That is until Char and Riley are thrown a few curve balls. Will their new relationship be strong enough to be dealt game changing blows?

I love a book with twist and turns. Having the no good ex come back and turn everything upside down is right up my alley! Will Char go back to her old ways or will she choose her Mr Right a/k/a Riley? Touch Me is told in dual point of view and is not a cliffhanger.

There is a secondary love story between Derrick and Chloe. Chloe is Char sister and has been dating Derrick off and on for eight years. We get their story in T.H. Synder's upcoming release Touched By You which is set to release in October.

4 “SWEET AND STEAMY” STARS

When T.H. Snyder approached me to host the Blog Tour for her debut novel Touch Me, she said it was a Young Adult romance. The cover was innocent and I thought it was the story of a high school couple in love. Sweet -Yes; Couple in Love – Yes; Innocent – Heck No! This book has some super STEAMY scenes! Needless to say, it is not Young Adult as I was pleasantly surprised

Touch Me is the very sweet love story of two “twenty-somethings”, Char and Riley, who dislike each other when they first meet, but fall in love very quickly. I’m not a fan of falling in love fast, but this was different and I really rooted for this couple. Not only was their relationship strong, but they had friends and family that were very supportive of their relationship. It is told in a dual POV, which I LOVE!! I love to hear from both the female and male perspective in a book and T.H. Snyder does a great job in writing both point of views.

Touch Me is angst-free with an HEA. Book 2, Touched by You, will be about Chloe, Char’s sister, and her boyfriend Derrick who is prominently featured in Touch Me. I’m hoping we’ll also get another glimpse into Char and Riley’s continuing relationship.

If you are having a bad day (or a few days) and need a pick me up of something good and happy ,,,, this is your book ,,, I would rate this book 4.5 if it allowed half marks

Riley has had some family issues after a death of some loved ones. Riley's life spirals out of control and needs a change of scenery ,,, hoping to move away and move on with his life, he relocates to Boston.

Char has had her heart broken by someone she thought she loved and loved her in return ,,, only to feel abandoned when he betrayed her trust. Time had past but she had not been ready to move on.

Char and Riley meet through a mutual friend (Derrick) only to realise they had already been introduced at the mini mall ,,, this first meeting wasn't exactly a good first impression however they both certainly made an impact on the other

There was chemistry from the off but Char is reluctant to let anyone back in to her heart again ,,, Riley is aware she needs to take it slow but fears being completely pushed away ,,, will they get their HEA that they deserve?

This book deals with a 'normal' relationship and how two people find each other and fall for the other ,,, there is no major drama and it's nice to see a relationship develop between these two characters

This book has been beautifully written and I enjoyed reading it ,,, I would recommend this to people looking for a feel good story

I really enjoyed this story! It was a very nice read and I loved the characters.

Char is just coming out of a serious relationship that went bad. She builds a few walls and has a very hard time trusting anyone. Char pretty much works all the time so she doesn't have to deal with finding love again. I really loved Char and wanted her to find love so badly! I found myself having a few tears for her along the way.

Riley decides moving to Boston is where he will get a new start and try to get over the pain of losing his parents. I loved Riley immediately! HOT southern boy, caring, patient, did I mention HOT?! Oh yeah I did! I loved how wonderful Riley was to Char, and how he was so patient with her.

If you are looking for a great love story, Touch Me is the one for you! It had just enough to keep you turning the page to see what would happen next. I loved the duel POV's. I loved seeing the story from both sides. Char and Riley had an instant connection that you will for sure want to know more about. Can Char let Riley in and love again? Will Riley fight off all the pain from his past? Touch Me will leave you wanting more of these two! Thank you T.H.Snyder for this beautiful story!

I started reading this on Sept 23 and kept putting it aside in favor of something I found more interesting. Honestly, I skimmed the last half just because I was so bored and I hate to leave a book unfinished.

The dialogue was soooooo awkward! No one talks like that. Ever. Everything just seemed so stilted and it didn't flow at all. The characters acted like a couple of high school students instead of adults with real jobs.

A prime example of what didn't work. Char sees her ex-BF Marc (who slept with her BFF) and he starts telling her how much he misses her and loves her. Then in the next breath, he's calling her the c-word and yelling about how bad she is in bed. Then, we never see Marc again. The scene felt unnecessary and silly.

The dual POV didn't help matters either. It would switch from Riley to Char and then we'd have to re-read some of the same events/dialogue from the other POV. Tedious.

I know the author worked hard on this, but I cannot recommend.

I was given the opportunity to read this book before it was released by the author herself. Reading the prologue was intriguing for me to read more...

The story was written on both Char and Riley's POV. It was well written and the characters were developed very well that any reader can relate to.

Char had a past relationship making her broken and insecure. Trusting became a problem to her that even if she felt the immediate connection with Riley, she denied it and took off. Meanwhile, Riley has his own secret which caused him to move to a different state to start over. Struggling to make it work, both of their past comes after them.

Will their love survive? Will they let their past decide for their future together or will it be their end?

Grab your copy as soon as it's released...book 2 is coming soon...

Touch Me
It was a sweet story about Charlotte (AKA Char) and Riley.
Char is a independent woman who is always left cleaning up after her older sister Chloe. (Reminds me of my sister)and meets Riley rather comically in a store where they call each other a few choice words. Hysterical! Not wanting to see the asshole again she gets blindsided when she figures out he has moved into her best friend's house ( sis Boyfriend) Char has major trust issues when it comes to men and even friends after a past relationship gone bad.
Gorgeous Riley walks into her life expectantly with his tats and glasses and she feels an immediate attraction, but her trust issues and some ex's decide to show up. She needs to choose to either Run or pursue a relationship with Riley. Hmmmm. You gotta read to Find out!!!
Great Debut Novel and Can't wait for the next.

I have read hundreds of books , and while I always try to leave reviews , it's impossible for as much as I read and the free time I have. But then there are those books that no matter how much free time I don't have I must read , I must comment. This is one of those. For an author and this being T.h. Snyders debut she did amazing. The story is surreal and it touches your heart to where you want nothing but to continue. Steamy scenes are always a plus in my book and T.H. Doesn't let you down. I can only hope for a long filled career as an author and I will always be a fan. Reading every book she writes .

This wasn't working for me at all.
There was some supposed insta love between the main characters that we only knew about because every time they touched one another they 'felt something'. Eh? The thing that tipped me over? She asks him to stay over, he says yes but then immediately changes her mind. Not clear why other than to pad out the story. She spins into major anxiety mode. He's hurt beyond belief - huh? Really? I just wasn't feeling their attraction in the first place so the total overreaction to the abandoned sleepover left me bewildered and bored.
I'm only glad it was a freebie.

This book had me glued to it after the very first chapter. I loved the relationship Char has with her family. Not to mention Derrick, he is very much the big brother she never had. Riley walked into Char's life at just the right time for them both.I loved how Riley ran into Char before they were properly introduced. I would love for this book to continued on with their relationship, but I am hoping we get a that in the next book in this series.

I truly enjoyed reading Touch Me. T. H. developed her characters and storyline to make you want to find out what the future holds for them. There are strong family bonds and friendship bonds from the very beginning and new ones that form. I am really enjoying Riley and Char with the ups and downs that they have gone through in their lives the determination to continue on. Can't wait for the second book in series to be released Touched by You.

I liked the characters and the dual point of view. Char and riley are perfect, maybe too perfect that there really was no exciting moments where i felt mixed emotions are was highly anticipating what would happen next. But i guess the characters not being to fucked up or not having so much excess baggage was refreshing.

Amazing love story between to great people Char and Riley. The emotions shown in this book blew me away. Both Riley and Char overcome so much in this book with family and fears to find what and who makes them truly happy. Amazing job! Can't wait for more! I will definitely be recommending this book to EVERYONE!

This is a wonderful love story. The main character must overcome her fears of loving someone again. It's one of those stories that makes you believe love can happen even when you don't think you're ready. :)
