I now think of this person as one of my favorite contemporary poets: Bob Hicok, Tony Hoagland, John Balaban, Joseph Millar, AE Stallings, Eleanor Lerman, Jennifer Michael Hecht, Michael Heffernan, Susan Kingsolving, Ha Jin, Katherine Coles, Kurt Brown, Brad "Blue" Bathgate, and some others.
