I think that there is a lot of good to be read here. He goes through the most important parts of how to go about finding and keeping a healthy relationship --namely you and what you can do to make it happen, which I believe is most important. In my edition there were a lot of typos that tripped me up, so I had to keep one star. But I say for ladies with troubles in this area, put down everything else and read this book!
