Sometimes reading a novella is like reading one chapter in a book. This one is a prime example of just that.

A young lady, named Eva, loses her mother and father and is forced into prostitution. One night she get a new customer who happens to be a man who is looking for his sister who was kidnapped. They fall in love and so the story goes.

This novella's plot is too fast. I like books that have a modicum of realism. The author did a nice job with creating the characters. Both of the protagonists were likable. The writing was a bit stilted but not so much so that I wanted to stop reading the book.
