An essential for understanding Christianity outside of the context of western thought

A treatise on how Jesus teachings have been forced into a western worldview, neglecting the eastern reality they carry. Perhaps we've gotten it wrong. Community, relationship with others and the Divine, are major topics. I'll read this one again!

My biggest take away was how differently western cultures and eastern cultures practice our spirituality and belief in Jesus. This is my first read that really compared the two cultures. Fr Mayor made frequent use of scripture to support his statements.
