-one type of touch piece is a coin, bent to cure disease.

make a vow to give some saint 2 silver coins. When the moon grows horns the saint cures a sick animal by bending one of the coins. as a charm against personal injury bent fingers turn black. And when a bullet strikes, the soldier should remain uninjured. Failure will be put down to a lack of faith.

The unseeing eyes of the dead, if briefly dropped into the drink of a wife, would "blind" her to any infidelities.

Parts of an umbilical cord in a sack with coins. People assume its just your stash of silver lymph nodes.
But more commonly, the evil King or Queen will have totally prohibited umbilical charms.
