A deep dive into this topic from a specialist sports psychologist.

I took some screen shots, but now [months later] when I come to write the review… I’ve got nothing. I remember thinking this would be useful IF I did it, isn’t that always the issue with self help books.

So glad I borrowed this from the library and didn't buy it. My precious time wasted and trees suffered in the making of this book
