This book has been great for keeping things fresh while we are on the Fast (5:2) diet. Fast days can get boring pretty quickly, but this book has tons of vibrant, tasty recipes that we can eat on Fast days. The food is delicious, and usually pretty filling. I especially love the Sautéed Kale and Roasted Calabaza squash recipe. That one is easy, delicious, and incredibly low in calories. Last night I had a large arugula salad with artichoke hearts and lump crab meat. Delicious!

I use this book twice a week to choose breakfasts and dinners, but the food is so good, that I wouldn't mind eating from it for the rest of the week. I highly recommend this book for anyone who is looking for serious low calorie, but high in flavor meal recipes.
