Marie Therese Aquilina, born in Malta in 1987, has always been fascinated by genetic engineering and the idea of mutants. Her passion for science not only led her to become a biology teacher, but has also inspired her to write 'The Snowflake Series'.

Marie Therese is a wife, and mum to two daughters. She is a huge nature and animal lover, and her favorite place to be is by the sea.
