Wow, I can't believer I'm the first to write a review on this book.

I appreciate Jane Alexander's books. I find them so interesting and inspiring.

This one provides multiple ideas for making your weekends more healing and spa-like. She breaks it down into four sections: body care, mind and emotions, spirit, and seasonal weekends.

If you're wanting to treat yourself and can't make it to a luxury spa, this book will give you ideas on how to create your own healing weekend. Get inspired.

It's lovely and well organized.
