This is your journal to help you grow your relationship with the Lord and help you see the person inside that the Lord made you to be. The Lord created us all to be one of a kind and we need to celebrate that gift, daily!

About the author

Jessica Adanich was born and raised in northeast Ohio and is the daughter of Susan and Emery Adanich. Jessica graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art (CIA) in 2009 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture. Her background consists of industrial design, graphic design, textiles, glass, wood and sculpture.

She battles herself with such issues as depression and anxiety, which was the inspiration for creating Journal+. Through her creative work and writing she hopes to help empower and inspire others to realize they are a wonderful, special child of God that deserves love and compassion. Depression and anxiety do not define us, they just happen to be an element. Jessica believes through practicing positive thinking and a strong faith, one can learn to fight against those inner demons.

I received Journal+ as a gift from a close friend, and it is absolutely wonderful!! I love that it fosters positive and creative thinking without being hokey. The daily Bible verse is a nice touch, and it is spiritual without being preachy or over-emphasizing religion. I think everybody needs a copy of Journal+, religious or not. It was such a thoughtful gift, and I've used it frequently since receiving it.

This journal is so unique. Takes you through the steps of thinking positive with verses and thought provoking questions. A great way to start your day. It is not "preachy" but guides you through setting intentions for the day/week. There is no other journal out there like this! I highly recommend this for anyone at any stage/age of their life. I personally keep buying one for myself and then end up gifting it out! So I think I will just buy a dozen so I have enough to give away. Get one for you and then get an extra to give to someone. Truly a wonderful process that helps you grow in baby steps!

I received Journal+ free from Goodreads through First Reads. This is SO awesome!!! I love it! My family recently decided to sit down twice a week to share bible verses we each look up, and what that verse means to us. I can't wait to use this to write down my verse and thoughts about it to share with my family! What a perfect tool to receive at the perfect time!! We have only done this one time, as we just started! What perfect timing God has!! Thank you SO much Jessica!! God bless you!!

I love this book! It's a great wait way to start my day or unwind after a hectic one. I enjoyed it sooo much I bought it for others. Maybe it's too let for the holidays, but it would make a great New Year's present.
