John Sennett had lived in Napier for three years. During that time he had acquired the hotel, a third of the stageline, and the town's largest general store. He also owned a small ranch at the edge of the valley that included Anvil Pass. Around his ranch, a range war was gaining intensity.
Very well written. Thought provocative. People are fooled by outward exterior to easily. Instead of just looking at the cover read what's inside as well. A must read for western lovers.
