This book captured me from the first page. I got through the first half in one day. Character development was at the bare minimum but did not take away from the story. The second half of the book took me a little longer and became a bit confusing when I only read a bit each day. I would recommend this for a good weekend read.
I received this book as a Goodreads First Read prize. I am glad I did. I got hooked with the first chapter, and only put it down to work or sleep, and I gave up some sleep to finish it. Great pacing. Found the story timely in topic. I would compare this to Tom Clancy or Brad Thor. Looks like I have another thriller author to wait anxiously for new stories from.
