An excellent book that details the development and history of the Ducati 916, and the bikes built from it. Goes into depth about how the bike was built, it's specifications and how they evolved, and the many different lineups. A strong section on how it performed competitively.

The one thing I wish the bike expanded on was the differences in the real world between the models (916/996/998/748) and which one would be the most suitable for different types of riders.
