Super practical steps to take in order to forgive people in your life who might have wronged you. This book not only helped me structure sessions for my clients, but helped me process some heartache in my own life. This book is not only informational, but personal; Worthington sets out for his readers to learn and practice forgiveness. Near the end, things started to get repetitive, but still engaging and helpful.

My first 'self-help' book, and it was very good. Forgiveness is not always easy, this book breaks down the different levels of forgiveness.
