S. Ramakrishnan
(Tamil: எஸ்.ராமகிருஷ்ணன்; born 1966)

is a noted Tamil author and Tamil film dialogue writer. He was born in Mallankinaru, Virudhunagar district, Tamil Nadu.

Ramakrishnan is noted for his column Thunai Ezhuthu in the magazine Ananda Vikatan. His short stories have been translated in German, French, Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam.

His other works include Kadhaa Vilaasam, Desaandri, and Alainthen Tirindhen.

'காற்றில் யாரோ நடக்கிறார்கள்' மூல‌ம் வியக்கச் செய்கிறார் எஸ்.ராமகிருஷ்ணன். ஓர் இலக்கியவாதி என்பதையும் தாண்டி ஒரு மனித விசுவாசியாக சமூக‌ம் மீது கரிசனம் கொண்டவராகவும் தன்னை நிலை நிறுத்தியுள்ளார். ஒவ்வொன்றை குறித்துமான தன் நேர்மையான கருத்துக்களைப் பதிவு செய்துள்ளார். விமர்சனத்தையும் குற்றச்சாட்டையும் துணிவாக வெளிப்படுத்தியுள்ளார். ஒரு நாவல் அல்லது சிறுகதை வாசிக்கும் போதே மனம் கனக்கும். இக் கட்டுரைத் தொகுப்பும் மனதை கனக்கச் செய்கிறது; நிறைவு கொள்ளச் செய்கிறது.

Set of one pagers / thoughts / reviews of S.Ramakrishnan sir. The author is a king of such one pagers and it is portrayed in each and every topic that he explains. Adequate information and history is provided in just 1 to 1.5 pages and that makes us know a lot about things which we have never given thought about or not read about.

If you want to know more on rare things in art, artist and get to know the taste of ramakrishnan sir then this is a good book. If you are new to S.Ramakrishnan sir then go read some other book of him and if you like it then this is a definite read.
