Stephanie Clement

Stephanie Clement, Ph.D, is a professional counselor and astrologer with a doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology. She was an associate professor at the Naropa Institute, where she taught for six years between 1982 and 1988, while pursuing a private counseling practice. She is the author of numerous books and articles, and also astrological delineation software. Stephanie has done extensive research on twins and planet-centered astrology. She is available for lectures and workshops.


Stephanie Clement, Ph.D. has been practicing astrology for over thirty years. She is currently the president of the American Federation of Astrologers and former board member of NCGR. Stephanie has served on the faculty of Kepler College and has been a speaker at the State of the Art Conference and many regional conferences. She has published numerous articles in astrological magazines and has written several books: Charting Your Spiritual Path with Astrology, Power of the Midheaven, Mapping Your Birthchart, Aspect Patterns, etc., and numerous interpretation programs. Stephanie has done extensive research on twins and planet-centered astrology. She is available for lectures and workshops.

لا شك بأن التأمل من أقدم و أهم الوسائل لتنقية العقل و النفس ، و قد دعت الاديان السماوية و علماء النفس الى ممارسة التأمل بشكل دوري للتخلص من متاعب الحياة و الوصول الى اجابت عن الاسئلة التي ترواد الانسان منذ ولادته ، أبدعت الدكتورة ( ستيفاني كليمنت ) بتفنيد و توضيح اهم طرق التأمل بشكل سلسل و مبسط يتيح للمبتدئين بأن يتعلموا فن التأمل من الصفر حتى الاتقان ، اهم فوائد التأمل هي تطوير التركيز ، ارخاء الجسد و العقل ، التخلص من العادات و الافكار السيئة و تحديد اهدافك و التخلص من مخاوفك ، لذلك انصح من لم يجرب التأمل حتى الان بأن يبدأ فورا

Meditation for Begginners:Techniques for Awareness, Mindfulness and Relaxation is a great book filled with many techniques of meditation.

A great, simple introduction to meditation. I learned some basic meditation in High School and it helped me tremendously. I've since fallen out of the habit and this book was a great read to help me pick it up again. What I love the most about this book is that it reminds one that meditation can fit into the everyday and that it is a good exercise for our minds and bodies. I missed the sense of self, freedom and awareness meditation brought to my life. I'm enjoying finding that again. Of course there were some sections that don't fit into my life, but the book was written so you could take what you want and to what level you wish.

كتاب تقني يتناول كل شيء بالتفصيل عن التأمل و اغراضه سواء كانت الحياة بوعي اكثر و الاسترخاء او العلاج و انواعه المختلفة ، وفوائده ، و كيف يمكنك ان تتقنه في فترة وجيزة .
وهو كتاب مناسب للمبتدئين فعلا لانه يعرض البدايات و المقدمات الضرورية على غرار كتب اخرى فلسفية وجدتها .
قراءة هذا الكتاب لوحده لن تكون كافية طبعا ، لكن هذه المرحلة لا يمكن القفز عليها ، يجب التعرف على المباديء الاساسية لاي شيء قبل الانجراف الى شيء اعمق

A decent, informational read that introduces you to a battery of different meditation methods and courteously holds off talking about "the will of the Universe" with a capital U and "messages from the archangels" until the last chapter.

A science, not a novel , kind of yoga and self help which I dont know how much will going to help me but at this age looks cool to begin with when I am really messed up.. Great

Talking about most types of meditation
with a previous warning in the beginning of the book from the misuse or the harmful results of what that book says ! :D

It's an all around great beginning book on meditation. instructions were not complicated and author didn't gear it towards a specific religion.

يبسط الكاتب بعض أساليب التأمل بطريقة جميلة ولكن هناك كتب أغنى منه بكثير
