Various authors kind of saying the same thing in different words across the chapters. I think it could have been condensed into a two-page article. Was a good reminder to practice empathy and find ways to be curious in the work setting though - the idea of curiosity coffees was cute.

The disappointment of the book is that it doesn’t address too much on how to train curiosity, just the need. It is the first time that I give a HBR book low rating.

A lot of info on how to remain curious in the workplace or with peers. Great insight and info to remain open to others. And ask yourself how are u curious not why.
