I had this book in my TBR for a very long time and after my 'Kitab Karnival book haul' I got this and without delay, I just grabbed it and read it. I had expected that as this book is all about sarcasm so I would laugh hard and really get this, comedy champion and stand-up comedy kinda vibe, but it was something else but in a good way, like even better, like reading scripts of stand-up comedy. Mapai, Mahapurush ko sangat and Amarawati Kantipuri Nagari are some of my favorites. Only if it had more contents :)))

Very satirical and full of humor. Even after 60 years since the release of the book, the things said in the essay 'नेता नम्बर १०१' are still relevant today, which is quite sad.

This was written over 60 years ago. Still feels contemporary - which is sad as it reflects how little the society has developed - but is an enjoyable read.
