I rather enjoyed this book. Pleasant reading, a simple storyline, love. What girl wouldn't enjoy this? Annwn (not sure how to pronounce this so I chose Annwin) is born with a curse - she changes into a wolf every night - keeping her from love and even a job. She ends up on the street. I won't tell you the rest, though. I wasn't sure what era this was, only that it was in a world of Druids, but a fascinating world nonetheless. Perhaps because this is book 5 and I need to read the stories that lead up to this? Hmm, what a good idea! Better hit Amazon.

Wolf Magic has a very creative plotline that is simple but certainly not boring. I was compelled by the author's ideas, and her development of a culture that is different from ours while still being easy to relate to. But I'm afraid I found this book to be pretty poorly written. There seems to be an extreme lack of detail that really takes away from any lasting effect the story could have had on me (or other readers as well). On top of that, typos were far too abundant. I often found myself thinking more about them than what I was reading. I did not dislike this book; I actually enjoyed it quite a bit; but overall it feels to me like it was hastily their together due to the writing style and the frequent mistakes.
