Boxed set of 3 books in Lucy Kevin’s bestselling Four Weddings and a Fiasco series.
THE WEDDING GIFT (Book 1): After Julie Delgado’s restaurant closes, she temporarily takes over the catering position at the Rose Chalet, a full-service San Francisco wedding venue. She plans to dazzle the bride and groom so the Chalet’s owner will keep her around, but fate has other plans for her when the bride’s brother shows up for the first food tasting.
Andrew Kyle is not only the Cuisine Channel’s Edgy Eats host and chef, but his recent review of Julie’s restaurant was the final nail in its coffin. Once he meets Julie at the Rose Chalet, he’s certain she’s playing it safe. And he wants nothing more than to be the one to break her guarded passions loose.
But despite the undeniable sparks between Julie and Andrew–and the fact that he seems to believe in her when no one else does–can she afford to be taking risks with her cooking, with her career…or with her heart?
THE WEDDING DANCE (Book 2): Phoebe Davis, the Rose Chalet’s florist, knows nothing is permanent—not the floral arrangements she creates, not the weddings she helps produce, and certainly not her parents’ marriage which ended in a bitter divorce. Certain that all relationships come with strings attached, she has always worked to live for the moment and not to have any ties…ever.
Risking big is how Patrick left the family landscaping business, was the first Knight to graduate from college, and became an in demand architect. In California for a short while to work on a new home, from the very first moment he holds Phoebe in his arms, he knows he’s found his perfect match in the adventurous, alluring and intelligent florist.
But will Phoebe dare let herself risk her heart on the most fragile and precious bloom of all? Especially when one dance with Patrick Knight is all it takes for her to start rethinking everything she’s ever believed to be true about love…
THE WEDDING SONG (Book 3): Tyce Smith, the DJ and band leader for the top wedding venue in San Francisco, hasn’t written a new song in five years. Not since the fateful night he kissed the woman of his dreams, and she left him with nothing but a first name and no way to find her. When fate steps in a second time, he can’t make the mistake of letting her run again…even if the hurdles in the way of true love seem bigger than ever.
After Whitney Banning comes face to face with the man she’s never forgotten and knows she never will—how is she supposed to stop herself from dreaming again? Especially when the desires she buried so long ago are sparked back to life by one dance, one smile, one more forbidden kiss…and a brand new song about a love that will last forever.
I have never read a book by Lucy Kevin.. have read every book by her alter ego Bella Andre!!.. I have to say I loved these books.. They could be read as stand alone books..They are sweet romances... of course there is conflict and trouble.. a lack of communication ..Suspense.. Friendship... Everything you need for a great set of books. .. I felt I really knew the characters.. Loved the idea of Rose Chalet.. who would not want to get married there !! I had to get the last two books in the series... I recommend these books 100%
I loved this boxed set. For one thing when there is a series I love to read the entire series and being able to get the first three books for one price was great. I loved the stories, how they inter mingled and where not just mushy gushy. Lucy Kevin gave depth to the characters and made the real live people. I love how we got to know each person. not only in HOW they lived but also in how they worked. Any example is we learn about flowers and their meanings. that is something I will always remember from this book. I am off to read book 4 and 5 cause i know RJ has to find his Happy Ending PLEASE.
Say I Do is a collection of three stories about employees at the Rose Chalet finding love. Based on the title, I had expected the main characters in each story to get married, but the weddings in the book are all for the customers of Rose Chalet. Nevertheless, I imagine weddings are in the near future for all 3 of the couples in the stories!
Each story follows the same of boy trying to convince girl they belong together. However, the details are different enough in each story that you do not feel you are reading the same thing over again. While not stories that will make you think for days afterward or end in an unexpected manner, these stories are the literary equivalent of comfort food - something that will make you happy as you are reading it.
Each one of these books was really good, I love wedding romance even though no one actually got married. There stories are all intertwined with a wedding facility.
If you're looking for short novels with lots of froth but not much meat, this book may be for you. The scene? A wedding venue where a chef falls in love with her competition; a florist meets and falls for architect Patrick, brother of the caretaker; and where Tyce, the DJ for the weddings becomes reacquainted with Whitney, already engaged to the wrong guy.
Written by the same author who writes as Bella Andre, but not nearly as detailed or engaging, this is the kind of book you could read at an airport and then leave behind...feeling good about giving the next stranded traveler something to read while waiting for their flight to finally take off.
Three enjoyable romances although the plots were very predictable. Regardless, I found myself liking the characters and being interested in their lives. I'd actually give this 2.5 stars. It was slightly better that okay but it's not a book that I am likely to re-read. Thanks to GoodReads for the free copy.

The enviable breakup she could do without, motto enjoy living without having anyone special. Patrick, a dance, she was perfect, now how to convince her. Cute enjoyable story THE WEDDING SONG A dance, a smile,a kiss, and then just dreams, until she reappears again. They seen destine to meet again, will he get more then just a name, All the stories are cute, and enjoyable to read.
oh golly geez ...i turned off my Amazon and now i can't figure out what or how i got this ...i do believe it was a Bookbub find that was free. but i am not hundred precent sure??! any who. great read. loved it. gorgeous book cover. who doesn't love weddings? i mean are their people like that??! i loved our wedding. i don't remember much ..i was sick as a dog ...and apparently i am a freakin' actress ...'cause no one knew i had a terrible cold. made it through that time in my life ...but i gotta say it flew by and i wonder if i was even there??! lol. good times. giggles.
This is a collection of 3 novelettes of the same theme and loosely related because the characters all emerge at the Rose Chalet, an exclusive wedding venue in San Francisco. The plots are rather thin, with little time for character development and romance. The characters meet, they fall in love, they have setbacks, but they eventually come together for their happily ever after. A day after finishing any one of the novels I can barely remember the characters.
4 stars A box set of clean contemporary romances where the women are wooed and chased by heartthrob.
A lovely second chance romance with the music director of the wedding venue. A very cute first meeting that leads to five years of unmotivated songwriting and an unfulfilling corporate career.
Bella Andre delivers such wonderful characters in this three book collection, you will want the stories to keep going on to get to know them better. Each story is packed with romance, frustration, extenuating circumstances, and, of course, happy endings . . . or should it be happy beginnings! You're going to love these characters and their stories!!
Simply delightful boxed set. Each story was dramatic and angsty. But it was full of hope and love. Definitely plenty of WTF moments but it was funny and heartfelt.
Loved these three so much I went in search of book four so I could find out what happens next. Loved the easy reads, great writing and editing. No big suspense or steamy reading - good books to read when you just want to relax.
I like that each story is kind of connected but can stand on its own. I think I liked phoebe and Patrick’s story as much as I liked tyce and Whitney and Julies story.
Loved this collection of stories, especially as I got to know the characters. Have to check out the next collection now, because I still need to know about some of them. Definitely worth the read.
I loved these stories. Great characters, easy to follow story line. I enjoyed the fact that these were light romantic stories without the hot and heavy sexual aspect so many authors seem to want to employ.
4 books in one. The rose chalet is a wedding venue that has the support of the 4 couples who fall in love and have their wedding’s at the chapel. Each of their stories are told weaving the families of each into these stories. I enjoyed it and recommend it.
All three books were entertaining, but my favorite is the third, The Wedding Song. These are sweet romances with enough difficulties to keep it interesting.
