Neil Anderson has done more to help me understand how we interact with the spirit world than almost anyone else.

In this book, he gives sound Biblical advice on moving forward in the face of depression. Highly recommended.

It is the best book on depression that I have ever read, Christian or not. I have given multiple copies out to friends after finishing it. It has a good balance of science and religion.
