What an exciting, romantic book. I just really liked all the funny witty banter between all the girls. What is going on with Daniel? What is he thinking. I really like what is going on with Ande, she is too cute. What is going to happen next with Blake, Ande and the gang. Can't wait!

Cutting Deep is the first book in this series and man does this series start off with a bang!! I have to admit I have a love/hate relationship with this book..Lol But love defiantly wins out. I’m not usually a huge fan of the love triangle but the way Miss.Anderson lays out this story and the evolution of the characters it really does work. This Series does not lack hot as sin men and funny determined women.
Ande is used to failing at everything in life; basically she never finishes anything she starts. Even her marriage was a train wreck that she couldn’t fix. But she decides to grab life by the horns one more time and enters culinary school. She is determined that this will be the way to finally prove that she is not a failure or a quitter. Her first day at school however throws her a curveball in the form of one smoking hot chef..Daniel. When he literally knocks her off her feet it is the beginning of what will be the love affair of her life. The only problem is that just when life is on track and she and Daniel are at a good place a blast from the past enters in the form of her ex-husband Blake. And wouldn’t you know it he is hot as hell too and wants to fix what he broke. When Ande is at a low point due to her relationship falling apart with Daniel, she finds herself in Vegas and well what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas. But the biggest shock comes when Ande finds out the secrets that Daniels has been keeping from her. He’s married and his wife is still a huge skeleton in his closest.
Daniel is probably one of the most stubborn hard headed characters that I would love to choke but also would love to spend a night in heaven with lol. He is carrying a lot of demons with him and doesn’t know how to open up about them and how they fit in his future with Ande. When he finds out that Ande is pregnant and that there was a Vegas encounter with Blake he goes off the deep end and ends all contact with Ande stating that he wants nothing to do with the baby and he hopes its Blake’s.
I know I’m being very vague here but this is one of those book that you have to read and I don’t want to give the proverbial milk away for free..lol so anyway I love the other characters in this book and would love to be able to actually sit down with Ande’s girlfriends for some cocktails because man oh mighty those girls can be a riot to listen to.
So here’s why I have the hate part of this book. I get so frustrated with Ande and Daniel at points that I had to put this book down and remind myself that it is a book lol but in turn I think this also makes this a great book. The fact the Miss.Anderson is able to bring such emotions from me with nothing but words is a testament to her writing and imagination. This is really a true story of life and how it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. That in real life shot happens and it’s how you rise to the occasion that will define who you are. I really cannot wait till the next book which will be out very soon!! So even though I feel bad that I didn’t give you all that much I hope that it’s enough to convince you to buy this book and read it. I promise it will have you laughing, crying, screaming at it and most defiantly will have you fanning yourself and getting a little more creative in the kitchen;)

Wow, what to say...this was such a rollercoaster, in the truest sense of the word- it was up and down, then I'd be thrown to the side, and then a loop-de-loop...not sure that's a real word, but you get the picture. There were twists and turns aplenty and I really enjoyed how unpredictable the story was, even if it messed with my emotions majorly!
Ande is trying to bury her painful past and achieve her dreams when she's finally accepted to a prestigious culinary school. She's so utterly relatable, I think that's her real charm. She makes mistakes, she drinks a bit too much, and she has such a great, sarcastic sense of humour. Although when there's an issue between her and Daniel, she does have tendency to not listen, cry/shout and run away without sorting anything out. It got a little frustrating, even when it was more understandable and he was being a total idiot.
Daniel is handsome, intelligent, kind and damn good in the bedroom...but he's hiding secrets. He repeatedly lets his past come between him and Ande, and it broke my heart a little bit every time he did it. Ande has such problems trusting people, and he gives her no real reason to trust him. I wanted to bash him over the head with my kindle in the last third of the book, he was just being an ass and I still don't really know why!
Blake was a very interesting character. At first he's the scumball ex-husband who shattered Ande's heart. But then we actually meet him....and he's different. It's not really noticeable at first, but as he opens himself up to Ande, we get to see the real Blake for the first time, and so does Ande. And I really, really like the real Blake....can I have him??
The rest of the characters are rather fabulous, and provide such a wonderful support system. They're awesome friends, and are always there for her. It was really impressive how developed the secondary characters were, they all had their own fantabulous personalities, and I definitely felt like I knew them and they could be my friends!
This book was packed with drama! Poor Ande, I would have keeled over if I had to deal with everything she did. As soon as something good happened and things settle down...BAM. Something happens to throw everything out of whack again. I loved how Ande acknowledges how crazy the drama is in her life, it makes it seem more amusing and realistic.
I found the first half of the book a bit slower, but as the plot thickened, I devoured the second half of it. I couldn't put it down, and I'm pretty sure I literally howled in disappointment when it finished...yeah....
I've been left with confused emotions, and I'm not sure what will come in the sequel, The Deepest Cut, but I know that I really, really want to read it! This was filled with pain, heartbreak, laughter, love and raunchy scenes that will satisfy the foodie in you ;). Seriously, go grab a copy.

Wow..What a book..
It felt like a very long ride for our characters..But it was so fun to read!!..I really liked it!

But I really admire her spirit and her determination..Daniel put her through hell..Literally.. She is hormonal and terribly hurt,but she kinda uses him..Until she realises that maybe..maybe...(not telling ya!)

As the book was coming to an end,some questions were answered..But some other guy surprised us..Probably tending to the bad surprise..I think we are going to see him in the next book,as well..

I really liked the book..It was very refreshing and very vibrant..Ande was a fantastic female lead character and I really enjoyed her and her reactions!!..Daniel's character was very different from all the other male lead characters and despite the fact he appears to be a jerk,I liked that he was so very different from all the others...Blake had a 180degrees change of direction..But I will not pass any more judgement..I believe we don't know yet the entire story and until we do..We wait..AGAIN...

Can you say Romantic Comedy? If you can then Cutting Deep by T.A. Anderson is a book you will enjoy to read. I love all sorts of books as most of you know and cooking/chef stories are some of those hidden love pleasures of mine to read. I guess not so hidden now.
Cutting Deep starts out with Ande, a twenty something woman in search of her future after feeling like a failure in the past. She enrolls into culinary school where she meets the hot, sexy and mouth watering Professor Daniel.
Daniel who has an equal to maybe worse past than Ande never stood a chance when he meets her. He pursues her and she pulls away until she can’t any more. Ande struggles with her demons as she accepts Daniel but at the same time he has some skeletons in his closet that will tear them apart.
But that is not all. While reading you think this might just be a story between a professor and his student but it is actually more than that. Enter Blake, Ande ex-husband that has done a complete 180 and wants Ande back no matter the cost and consequences.
Who will Ande choose? Her ex that hurt her deep or the hot professor who while asking for honesty, trust and a chance keeps his secrets close to him until they blow up out of proportion and creates more drama than needed.
I enjoyed reading the story. It was funny and crazy on the drama but at the same time infuriating. One minutes you wanted the characters to get their stick out of their behind and finally figure out what they wanted and the next you wanted to jump into the story and strangled them.
While there were parts that had me almost putting the book down because Ande drove me nuts with her hypocrisy there were parts that I did not see coming even though I should have. I am looking forward to reading book 2 and see where the love triangle of Ande, Blake and Daniel will continue to go or not go.
Cutting Deep gets 4 stars/olives for a good and enjoyable read.

A story full of humor, romance, love, commitment and an occasional "cat fight!" There were times that I seriously laughed out loud during this book and other times I was frustrated, angry and sad at what was happening to this ensamble of great characters.
Ande is a woman who has been through some pretty heavy stuff already at such a young age. She finally decides to pursue her dream of becoming a chef and applies to culinary school. Unbeknownst to her, this is the start of a whole new set of problems. She meets Daniel, who happens to be a teacher at the school. He is a beautiful man with a bad reputation. Against her better judgement, she falls for him anyway. I have to say that I really liked Daniel at first but that quickly changed when he started acting like an ass!
Then there is Blake...someone from Ande's past that I didn't like at first but he grew on me as the story progressed. So yes, my emotions were all over the place while reading this book. Just when I thought I knew what was going to happen next, Anderson took me in another direction. Not knowing what happens next is what keeps a reader READING, right???
The parts I loved best was with Ande and her girlfriends. I felt like I was reading an episode from Sex in the City!
"Assie?" what the hell is an assie?" She stepped closer and punched me in the shoulder. "It's a new swear word I'm trying out, hoping it will catch on. Although, I'm not really sure what it is, but you are acting like one."
Once Ande and Daniel meet, the craziness begins. You have a psychotic woman (aka Daisy), a mean instructor (Chef Rainard) with very messed up feelings and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Trust me, the list goes on, lol.
This is a wonderful and enjoyable story and I cannot wait to read the next installment. Anderson is a wonderful writer and I hope to read a lot more from her in the future. So, trust me, READ THIS BOOK!

Ande is just starting culinary school in an attempt to move forward in her life and do something she is passionate about. From the first moment she sets foot in the school, she meets Daniel who is a very hot chef who will soon be one of her instructors. She is attempting to let go of a past that hurt her badly, and getting into a complicated relationship with an instructor is something Ande knows probably isn't a good idea for personal and professional reasons. Ande and Daniel find it impossible to stay away from one another, but both have challenging pasts and secrets that seem to be making everything challenging for them.
I'll just start by saying that there is some high drama going on in here! Whoooo! At times it feels like it is almost too much, but Ande is a very relatable character, and since she seems very aware that the level of drama in her life is completely ridiculous it makes it easier for us (the reader) to feel that it could be real. Her circle of friends is amazing, and it is always nice to see people looking out for one another the way her group of friends looks out for one another. They make some of the intense and confusing situations Ande has to deal with almost bearable.
There are a couple viable love interests here and it is truly challenging to try and decide what should happen. In the beginning if asked to choose- there would be no contest. But as the story progresses, like in life, there is usually more to people than we first realize. Suddenly it becomes hard to know who to trust and who to want Ande to end up with. I still have my preference, but the way this installment ends, it is tough to call. I will definitely be seeking out the next book in this series to see how the story continues. I enjoyed this a lot, and would recommend it to anyone looking for some steamy scenes, and some high drama.

This is a story about Ande Taylor, a girl with a load of baggage who is hoping to leave it at baggage claim and move on with her life. She finally gets into culinary school after four attempts and sees this as her new step. As fate would have it, Daniel Alan knocks her off her feet, literally and her future becomes a little more complicated.
Daniel just happens to be an instructor at her school and she can't stop thinking about him, and the feeling must he mutual because he keeps popping up everywhere. She wants to give into him, but he also has baggage too.
The problem is that Ande has an ex-husband Blake who isn't going away. He learned the error of his ways and wants Ande back. He has changed for the better, but her heart hasnt forgotten all that he did before and her heart wants a chef....
Wow! This book was just a clusterf**k! Wow! Just wow! I felt like I had ADHD! It was all over the place! Being in Ande's head was exhausting and I can't even imagine being her! Wow! What a life of chaos!
This book wasn't a love triangle, it was a love pentagon! There was so much angst I couldn't keep it straight! This is another of those books though that you can't figure out why there is all this fascination with the female lead. What on earth is the draw? She's a hot mess who doesn't know what she wants from one minute to the next. When she has it, she just runs away when it looks rough without fighting or finding out the truth. I couldn't figure out who I was rooting for through most of the book and the ending left me even more confused.
This is a book that leaves you saying "WTF" most of the time, but you can't put it down. It's like a soap opera that you swore you wouldn't get addicted to, but you couldn't help it.
This is a highly entertaining book and you honestly think you have it figured out, but you have no idea.

Wow! This book was just a clusterf**k! Wow! Just wow! I felt like I had ADHD! It was all over the place! Being in Ande's head was exhausting and I can't even imagine being her! Wow! What a life of chaos!
This book wasn't a love triangle, it was a love pentagon! There was so much angst I couldn't keep it straight! This is another of those books though that you can't figure out why there is all this fascination with the female lead. What on earth is the draw? She's a hot mess who doesn't know what she wants from one minute to the next. When she has it, she just runs away when it looks rough without fighting or finding out the truth. I couldn't figure out who I was rooting for through most of the book and the ending left me even more confused.
This is a book that leaves you saying "WTF" most of the time, but you can't put it down. It's like a soap opera that you swore you wouldn't get addicted to, but you couldn't help it.
This is a highly entertaining book and you honestly think you have it figured out, but you have no idea.

I wasn't sure what to expect from another book about a chef. I have read a few of these in the recent months and I do usually enjoy reading them because I can read about all these amazing deserts and not have to worry about gaining a pound!
In this book we follow the love triangle between Ande, Blake and Daniel. There were some parts of the story where I was completely confused as to who Ande would choose, and parts where I would have bet my next paycheck on who she would end up with. But the one thing that I really REALLY enjoyed about this book isn't the love triangle. It was everything else.
This book has a story behind the triangle, it has what is actually going on in Ande's life. What she goes through on a daily basis during her training. T.A. was very smart in thinking to add to the story with that part. The story had started out with Ande attending the school, and I'm glad that it was kept up during the whole book.
To be honest, I didn't really feel any connections with any of the characters. This was one of those few books that kept my attention just because of the story itself. The three main characters each had their good parts and their bad parts, which all seemed to play off each other.

Can Ande be a real life person because I think I just met my new best friend! Her smart alecky comments and her quick witty comebacks with keep you laughing. There was just the right amount of everything you could ask for in a novel-romance, friendship, heartbreak, sexual tension, the list goes on! I don't want to give too much away but I will say that I'm still torn where the book left off and can't wait to read the second book! I'm looking forward to making dinner tonight-who knew Olives were sexy?!

It's 3.30 am and my heart is in mouth after reading this book I could not put it down. This book is funny, sexy and completely heart breaking. You get drawn into Ande's life and feel everything she goes through

wow. what an amazing story! Ande has been used and abused. Her ex, Blake was such an a**. Then she meets Daniel and maybe theres her second chance. but maybe not. cuz here comes Blake, small cliffhanger at the end.

Comedy, sarcasm, love, sexual innuendos... frustration, heartbreak, steamy and every other damn emotion you can possibly imagine is in this book. It is a roller coaster ride that you ride blindfolded and backwards because you never see what is coming next and if you don't strap the fuck in you are going to fall the fuck out!
You think I am being overdramatic but I'm not. Just when I got comfortable with this book it would take me head first into a loopy loop and I was sick, anxiety ridden and laughing all at the same damn time. I couldn't decide if I am loving or hating this book and yet I am eagerly turning the pages to see what is going to happen. I didn't stop until I got to the end and even then I was cursing the author that the second book was not out yet.
Ande is a woman who is one hot mess when it comes to life and relationships. She was screwed over in her last marriage and she is now trying to get back on her feet, paving her own way in the world. She decides to take her passion to the next level and enroll in a very prestigious culinary school to become a chef. What she was expecting was hard work, training, new skills but what she was NOT expecting was a sexy as sin head chef, who makes her panties wet and hyperventilate by just being in close proximity.
She can't like this guy, he is her instructor and a certified "ladies man" or so she thought.
"Ande, I'm glad to see you're doing well. I know I plowed into you pretty hard."
Along with this hotter than hell head chef making her school life crazy, there is one very colorful human being, Daisy, who was determined to make Ande's life a living hell. I didn't find out what her problem was until the end and I wanted to cunt-punch her all over the book.

That is not the only thing Ande had to worry about though, Chef Delicious AkA Chef Daniel was in hot pursuit to get inside of Ande, very deep inside of her ;)! But Ande was adamant about taking things slow because she has too many demons she needs to overcome before this can happen.
That is until Vegas when her EX-Husband, Blake comes back into her life.

SO many up and down moments.
Chef Delicious changes and starts to show that his demons might be the reason their relationship is ruined and then when a life changing moment happens, he completely becomes the asshole I was expecting Blake to be.
By the end of the book, I wasn't sure who I was rooting for.
I wanted Chef Delicious to take his head out of his ass and see that he was losing something special but at the same time Blake was growing on me...
Blugh.. but can a tiger really change it's stripes??
The secondary characters, Ande's friends, were freaking hilarious and when they were all together it reminded me a lot of the movie Bridesmaids. Not the actions that happened but the vibe was there. A bunch of bitches together causing trouble, getting wasted, sexual innuendos, and strippers. It was comical and when the book was intense it gave a nice relief. I was laughing at all the banter back and forth and I realized it is really relatable, especially with me, because of my personality and sarcastic ways, I felt like I was apart of the group
(also reminded me of The Chocolate Series by Tara Sivec the friendships and tight bond with one another, also the humor was of course there)
"I grabbed her face and laid a wet kiss on her lips while Charlotte snapped away. I pulled away when she tried to stick her tongue in my mouth, Charlotte egging her on"
This book was anything but predictable. You never knew what was going to happen next until it literally hit you in your face and you just had to sit there and take it.
I was hit repeatedly with WTF moments and I was angry and so frustrated with the main characters I could barely see straight but I kept turning the pages, eagerly waiting for the next slap.
One thing that bothered me was Ande and the way she claimed she wanted answers from Chef Delicious but when he tried to explain it to her she didn't want to hear it and would just run away and avoid him and not try to talk about it. It drove me a little crazy!!
It's just like a woman to not know what she really wants and then being too scared to get it when it was sitting right there.
But the best thing about this book is the originality. I am getting so burnt out with some of the books I have been reading lately, I feel like I am reading the same story over and over and this book wasn't like the others. It had its own flavor (pun intended) and I wasn't even sure where the book was headed until it smacked me in the face at the very end. It has so many things going on and god dammit I really want to know what was in that last package that was delivered to Ande from Daniel??!!!
Well, while I go and cuss out the author (it will probably turn her on), I am leaving you with one last request and that is to READ THIS BOOK!! You will enjoy it and riding the roller coaster is fun yet frustrating, plus you will get a kick out of all the banter and funny moments that happens to Ande. You will swoon, become horny for no apparent reason, and then try throwing your Kindle at the wall because the ending is a dozy!

Ande’s dream has always been to attend Riverview’s prestigious culinary school. When she finally is accepted, she’s ready to put her life back on track, but doesn’t count on meeting one very sexy chef, Daniel. Daniel is an instructor and while she tries her hardest to keep away from him, their attraction is mutual and both purse a relationship. Soon Ande’s life as a student becomes complicated and if that wasn’t enough, her ex-husband is back in the picture. Not everything is at it seems and the more Ande gets to know Daniel, the more of a mystery he becomes. Will Ande be forced to choose between her dream and love?
T.A. Anderson’s Cutting Deep is such a fun, fast paced read! It has humor, suspense, and of course romance! We have good character development and was surprised at how strong Ande is. Ande isn’t one to back down from a challenge and oh boy does she give a fellow student a run for her money! When we’re first introduced to Daisy, I wasn’t sure what to make of her. She’s one of the few students who is always around Daniel and making snide remarks towards Ande about his past. Kudos to Anderson for delivering a twist regarding Daisy I didn’t see coming! We have a wide cast of secondary characters including Ande’s best friend Bennett. I felt bad for her because she was trying to be a good friend to Ande and yet wants to fall in love. I’m glad Ande was supportive of her relationship with Nate, who happens to be best friends with Ande’s ex-husband. Speaking of her ex-husband, Blake, I like him, but not what he did to Ande and I’m still not sure what to make of him or his intentions. Then we have Daniel who seems more mysterious than Charlotte Brontë’s Mr. Rochester. I found it difficult to warn up to him and he’s just a contradiction.
Narrative is first person via Ande and at times I questioned her reliability especially when she kept things from Blake and Daniel. The writing was engaging and filled with humorous lines. For example, Ande collides with Daniel during their first meeting and injures herself. When Daniel sees her again he says, “Ande, I’m glad to see you’re doing well. I know I plowed into you pretty hard.” When an arrogant instructor, Chef Rainard, makes a disparaging remark about Riverview and asks Ande if it’s true, she fires back with a witty remark about people from New York. Rainard glares at her and Ande says, “I was certain daggers would start shooting out of his retinas. This was clearly the start of the biggest East Coast/West Coast rivalry since Biggie and TuPac.” Anderson isn’t one to reveal facts immediately and slowly feeds the information. At times, this was frustrating because I wanted to know what was going on NOW, but in hindsight, we’d have no story had she revealed everything. I most especially liked Blake’s confession to what happened in Vegas. In the end, Anderson does a great job with the twists and turns and most I didn’t see coming.
With regards to Daniel and Blake, Anderson makes it difficult for readers to pick a side. We spend a large amount of time with Daniel and getting to know him that when Blake makes an appearance we’re not sure what to think. Add to the mix Daniel’s mysterious past and his constant trips, one really begins to question his likability. I won’t go into details because I don’t want to spoil things, but the person Ande ends up picking was the right one even though I felt she was forced to pick someone. I can’t help but think that maybe ____ is better off without her, but we shall see how things progress.
I debated with the rating between a three and four and in the end, decided on a four due to the plot twists and suspense. There were a few errors, but nothing that impedes reading and at times it was a bit too fast paced and while I’m not a fan of authors writing about mundane things (ie: brushing teeth, ordering lunch), I feel the insertion of a few of these would have slowed the paced a little bit. While Cutting Deep doesn’t end on a cliffhanger, we are left with questions especially regarding Daniel and what’s in the box given to Ande. I’m looking forward to reading the next in the series and see what’s in store for Ande and her friends.

Ande is a cheesy and annoying character. She acts likes she is still in high school. I'm bored and skimming thru most of it. Can't wait for it to end.
I don't need an itemized Facebook account on every detail regarding the culinary class. It reads like a daily journal entry. Here's what I had for breakfast. This is what I am wearing. This is what I said and how he reacted. Just write the damn story with emotion and depth.
Why does she have to report every detail between her and Daniel to all her friends? Does she not care about other peoples privacy?
She's an immature character and no way would I ever feel any kind of attachment with this kind of person. Every friend of hers is there to provide support for her and yet she knows nothing about her friends lives. Shallow and selfish is what she is.
The chef academy people are unprofessional. This is not a realistic story.
So much drama from Ande. Ande is annoying and insecure. She says she wants to trust Daniel but she is paranoid. Then she runs off instead of communicating like an adult to hear the truth. Daniel should run far away from her.
I can't recommend this story because it was tortuous to read about these annoying and or rating characters. The writing style needs work.
I have to laugh because the circumstances she comes up with are hilarious. This story is such a disaster.
Well what a childish and hurtful person her ex is. What's the point in writing this garbage?
This is not how adults work thru their relationship issues.

Cutting Deep was definitely a fun and romantic read! And full of surprises too – at times I thought I had it figured out but no!
Ande is a young woman who is trying to make something out of her life and has just enrolled in a local culinary school. On her first day she meets Chef Daniel, the ridiculously HOT chef who will be one of her instructors and yes there is instant chemistry!
There is so much to this story, holy drama batman, and I definitely enjoyed all the twists and turns. The characters are great! Ande is so sassy and I just love the stuff that comes out of that girl’s mouth! Daniel is well…I still don’t know if I have Daniel figured out. Blake is SO not what I expected but I ended up really liking him for sure. I have to say though that her friends were absolutely awesome! These are the best kinds of friends to have.
I love to cook, and eat, so there was so much of this book that I enjoyed from that angle too. I’m trying to limit what I say because I want to make sure that there are no spoilers here but this is definitely a book I would recommend! I really enjoyed the sassy fun in Cutting Deep and cannot wait to see where T.A. Anderson takes these characters next!

As soon as I finished the book I said out loud “dammit, I have to go buy the next one right now” and I meant it in a very good way. This book was a literary roller-coaster, I was sure it was going to be predictable after the first quarter and was very surprised it wasn’t. I could relate to the main character Ande and how hard it was for her to let go of the past and to navigate the skeletons in the closet of the men in her life. Her friends are amazing and reading their side stories and relationships was just as enjoyable as reading about Ande’s ups and downs.
Likes: All the characters were great, some I wanted to be best friends with and some I just wanted to punch in the face but they all make me feel something. I love that the book made me laugh, and tear up, and the sex scenes were graphic enough to make me a little tingly.
Dislikes: There are some errors: spelling, missing words, and a small continuity error that didn’t affect the plot but did take me out of the story for a minute.
Overall I would recommend this book to someone who wants a fun, sexy story that will occasionally pull at your heart strings. It was a great first book for an indie author and I hope Ms. Anderson keeps writing.
Likes: All the characters were great, some I wanted to be best friends with and some I just wanted to punch in the face but they all make me feel something. I love that the book made me laugh, and tear up, and the sex scenes were graphic enough to make me a little tingly.

I. Am. So. Confused. I don't even know who I'm rooting for right now. I mean honestly through 90% of the book I was rooting for Blake. Which is weird because he's a cheater and I hate cheaters but he was pretty good at redeeming himself. I just didn't feel connected to Daniel, like I didn't really know him. There was so many secrets he was hiding and every time one was uncovered it seemed like another one was discovered. However as each of those secrets were revealed I slowly began to creep over to #TeamDaniel. Then there is Ande who was hiding her own secrets from both Daniel & Blake. It's hard to be mad at one person for being so mysterious when the other one is too.
I wouldn't say this book is a cliffhanger but more of a "to be continued" since a lot of our questions were answered as every ones secrets were revealed near the end. I didn't expect the twist regarding Daisy!! I hate that girl!!
Admittedly this book started off slow for me but then out of nowhere everything seemed to pick up and I couldn't put it down. I am eager to see where this story goes in book #2.

I absolutely loved this story and I absolutely hated that it ended with a cliffhanger. Like the story just stops and I wanted MORE! I usually don't mind a cliffy, but I felt empty and lost when this one ended. Luckily, book 2 comes out soon.
Ande, the MC, seems to have my kind of luck in life. I think a lot of people can relate to her, I did at least. The ups and downs and all arounds...I teared up, I laughed a lot, and I wanted to bitch slap a few characters...mainly the CLOWN!
All in all, I loved it and can't wait to see what happens next.

Excellent debut novel from T.A. Anderson. She does a great job of keeping you guessing and wanting more. I'm NOT a fan of the ending only because I have to wait for book 2 to know what else happens.... And because I want lead character, Ande, to do what I want her to do. :) excellent romance novel full of a little wit, a little raunch, twists and turns and interesting menus.

loved loved loved it! I couldn't put it down. It was an amazing read and I can't wait for The Deepest Cut. This is a must read for anyone that likes romance.

I really liked this book. The characters were really believable. I'm about to order the next one to this series off of her website.
