This book is the authority on modern project management practices. I find it thorough but I found it difficult to grasp at times during the first reading. I think I would have enjoyed the course Mr. Kloppenborg gives regarding the theme. I also think the text book should have contained more practical cases to work with and demonstrate the techniques described in the book.

It's a textbook. A textbook on a subject I'm interested in, but ultimately it is still a textbook.
